I have been to Ghana, Togo and Benin Republic VO: Why did you choose Lehigh University? Me: Thank you very much. Lehigh gave me a very generous scholarship of $51,420. VO: That's fantastic! VO: Aside the scholarship, how are you going to pay the deficit? Me: Thank you very much sir. I have said earlier, Lehigh University gave me a scholarship of $51,420 and the deficit will be partly financed through my personal savings and family funds VO: Which of the family member and what does he do? Me: My uncle and he is an IT consultant VO: Are you married? Me: Yes please VO: Do you have any kid? Me: yes please. My wife and I have a kid together. VO: Are they traveling with you now? Every little contributions in this forum are very helpful.

lasignor: IRCC sees IT as internship and they don't generally reckon with internships, especially in Nigeria.
That being said, if it was a paid internship and the pay was considerably good, then the responsibilities that comes with that would definitely not be of internship levels so you may be in the clear here.
For the reference letter, just state it as follows;
This is to certify that John Doe is an employee of Thomas Duck Organisation. He was admitted as an intern (insert position) in January 2016 through February 2017. He later returned as our (insert position) in March 2018, a position he holds till date.
Kindly see below for his employment details;
Title of first role: Start date: End date: Nature of employment: Hours of work per week: Salary per annum:
Roles and responsibilities
Title of second role: Start date: End date: Nature of employment: Hours of work per week: Salary:
Roles and responsibilities
For further enquiries of his employment history with the organisation, feel free to contact hr@donkey.com or call 080123456789.
Sincerely,
(Insert name and position of the signee)
You may or may not append the company stamp. from the bottom of my heart I say may God bless u abundantly for his response. Thanks a lot. However, some well experts here says that IRCC accepts IT so far it was paid. Also there websites even said a student can count working experience but there was a clause attached to it. . . @kekeerun also clerified this some time ago. @kekeerun can u pls still emphasize this point for better clarification? |

Goodmrning all.. Please am having issues with reference letter. I did my IT in X company in 2015, i was later employed in 2018 at the same company. For both periods, I worked up to a year. Now, my employer is not cleared as to how he would present this in the reference letter. Should two letter be presented since they were at different periods or how should it be done. Please I appreciate your kind response. I wouldn't mind if a format is also included to further guide me |

Hello all, good day. Please I need help with this question as am new here. How do I count my working experience? I worked in 2015 in a bank for my IT after ND, after that I went for HND in 2016 and I was supposed to finish by 2017 but had a carry over in my project. So I worked November 2017 to October 2018 in order not to stay ideal while waiting to retake the course I had C/O. I passed the course and was awarded my certificate in 2018. After which I went for NYSC and finished March this year. My question now is, can I count the year I worked while waiting to retake my carry over course? Please elders and all help out. @Kekeerun @Ednot and others please help. God bless you all! |
