I can't be the only one thinking with all this amazing development with Lexa's story, that she's going to die. Plus, the fact that they have to share the actress (Alycia Debnam-Carey) with Fear the Walking Dead, where she's part of the main cast doesn't bode well for Lexa. I'm guessing she was going to be part of The 100's main cast in season 3, but the creators were too late.

You give the man too much credit. Amos doesn't give 2 pence about his crew. You seemed to have forgotten that the first vote was 2 to 1 against Naomi, and he only did a complete about face, because Semi made the mistake of threatening Naomi, period. If it's any other guy that Semi had at gun point, believe me, Amos wouldn't have cared less. That's just who he is. He was ready to leave Holden behind, remember? Semi's mistake was not knowing that Amos is a sociopath.

Semi effed himself up, do you know what sealed his fate? When he explicitly told Naomi he wasn't afraid to use his weapon against her to get his way. The tide turned for him there and then. Look at everyone's face. No one needed to tell me what was going to happen there. My exact words: "Bye bye Art." Art is the character the actor plays on Orphan Black.

Quite unlike Amos, Miller is a belter - born and bred. He's lived the hard life all his life - doesn't know any other way. Amos (an Earther) might claim to know how the system works, but Miller truly know how things work. Yes, he's a loose cannon, but he has to be to survive in his natural habitat, but he had something that separates him from a psycho killer like Amos, he has empathy. And for that alone, he's a better man. And who told you he has no qualms about killing?? He kill those that deserve it, Amos eliminate anyone that doesn't align with his warped agenda, and that of Naomi's. See the difference?

Empathy? More like obsession. Miller was considered a joke by his own peers. He fell for Julie, which in turn made him obsessed to find her. Or did you also not notice Holden fearing Miller? Holden's face when Miller plugged those two thugs with ease, then calmly wiped off the dude's blood from the helmet, I had a good laugh. He knows how the system works & he's the guy who usually doesn't try to change it, but his obsession with Julie ended up turning him into less of an anti-hero. His shtick is not justice for the Canterbury or Donnager, it's justice for Julie, the rest na bonus. And you think Amos hasn't lived a hard life? It's the life that he's lived that made him who he is - a very knowledgeable grunt. After all this, I can bet you in the coming seasons that Amos will be used to effectively do all the things the other crewmates don't want to do, but have to be done. Even you, koice, will expect it of him & I can bet, you'd demand it of him at some point.

The Donnager XO was smart and deliberately played them against each other, but the rest of the crew rolled with it, all except... you know who. All brawn and no brains Amos.

So your definition of rolling with it, is all of them being at each other's throats, with Amos literally at Alex's throat? We clearly have different definitions of rolling with it. They all fell into the trap.

Rapmike, if it makes you feel better, I tend to avoid the really questionable ones (like Grown Ups & The Cobbler), the last Adam S film I'd watched before Pixels was Blended. But, Adam Sandler did some rather enjoyable films in the 90s, shame he just plays the same guy, I guess it pays extremely well.

You did make some valuable pointers: Amos does understand how things work in the Expanse indeed - he's a survivor basically.

But, like all sociopaths, he cares about only himself alone... and maybe Naomi (debatable, he may turn on her one day), He doesn't give a sh*t about the rest of the crew. For instance,

- When Miller slammed Holden against the wall in Eros, Amos just starred on, unconcerned. When Naomi yelled at him to do something, he didn't bulge, for he was more concerned for the Rocinante than helping a crew member.
- Semi - the same guy that helped them back in Eros - made the grave mistake of thinking that Amos got his back, seeing as they were on the same page, then he got shot in the back.
- He put Alex on a chokehold when they were held prisoners on the Donnager. Reason? Alex was not only exhibiting a completely natural mistrust for Naomi considering the circumstance, but clothed in Mars Navy uniform too. I guess in his warped view, that made Alex a threat that must be eliminated.

Amos is a loose cannon. He views everything in black and white. Even Naomi is afraid of him.

Let's see, what did Semi do again? He threatened the crew of the Rocinante. The crew agreed to wait for Holden, since his 3 hours weren't up. Semi threatened Naomi at gun point, big mistake. Amos had his crew's back, even if he disagreed, he was outvoted 2 to 1 & one of those 2 was Naomi, who we know he's extremely loyal to. Amos stuck with his usual plan - eliminate the threat through the simplest way possible. Semi was not part of the Rocinante, he didn't go through what they did, but he thought he could get his way.

Remember Holden, did technically get them into this hot mess, when he answered that distress call. As we've seen Amos can be rather intuitive, whose to say, he simply didn't see the point of it. Miller, infact appears to also be a loose cannon, his trigger finger is as itchy as Amos', he has no qualms with killing. Or does he get a pass, because of how obsessed he was with Julie and how he followed the breadcrumbs to find her? Or that he was a cop? Miller also understands how the system works, but his crusade in finding Julie changed his anti-hero dynamic, it turned him to a crusader. You really need to stop seeing this show as black & white.

You really appear to forget the context that they were all in, in the Donnager? The Martians purposely pitted the crew against each other, making Naomi the scapegoat due to her ties to the OPA. You've forgotten at this time we and the crew believed that the Martians were responsible for the Canterbury. We've seen how the Martians handle themselves, keeping their cards to their chest, making preset assumptions, then asking questions to justify said assumptions instead of finding the truth. Then after their interrogation, they see their pilot dressed in Martian uniform & being treated with dignity, almost like a trusted ally...They all mistrusted each other (except Amos & Naomi) & they (except Amos) greatly mistrusted Naomi, Amos had her back.

His plan B would have gotten everyone killed. A good plan devoid of violence works better than excessive force any day. Amos is a grade A sociopath that somehow only listens to Naomi. That every unnecessary action has a consequence doesn't seem to bother him, he's guided by a typical shoot-and-ask-questions-later ideology, except in his case, he doesn't even bother to ask questions. It's gotten to a point that Holden threatened to dump his ass on the rock that Anubis was docked if he so much as go off the books.

Miller will get back at him for what he did to Semi, guaranteed. Miller can hold a grudge. Amos wouldn't see him coming.

Amos would simply say the same thing he said to Holden, if Miller decides to collect - do what you've gotta do. He'd probably see it coming too. Plan B was the inevitable solution (if Plan A had failed) to the s**tfest they were having, since Amos did not want to spend the rest of his life in jail, waiting for an execution. As he said, with their track record of surviving in Defcon 1 situations - the Martians would shoot first & ask questions never*, since they would be looking for retribution. The same Holden who gave him carte blanche to decimate Kenzo on the same Anubis, if Kenzo did as much as breathe the wrong way. Amos is the guy, who does what needs to be done, because someone has to do it. He will do the things that Holden & co won't. Everybody wants to be on the moral high ground, expecting everything to be black & white. Alas, life is mostly grey. "We're all lost in the churn." and boy oh boy does that grunt know it.

*Or were you not paying attention to how the Martians treated those belters - the uncle that ended up going Kamikaze on them, while leaving his nephew floating in space? The Martians are itching for a fight, itching for a war, so you'd expect those same Martians to be all calm and dandy when they'd discover that the Rocinante was a Martian gunship in disguise. Oh yeah...

PC games do not have region locks like DVD games do (PS4 etc). I found a region-specific game only once in my gaming history and it was like 6-7 years ago. The solution was simple - change the regional settings of your computer to whatever country you got the game from and it will install. After installation, you can switch back your regional settings to your country and there will be no trouble.

Patches updates are region specific though...

Back up. All PS3 & PS4 game discs are regionless. And, you do gave limits with your changing your PC region for your games & DVDs. It's not unlimited.

Actually, it's early 2017. And you've completely missed the point of Amos. He is indeed a brute, your typical grunt, but listen to his conversation with Kenzo, how he pointed out how they're both disposable, how rules have changed & how they need to adapt. His plan B, in case the Martians boarded their ship. How he swiftly dealt with Miller's friend & even nonchalantly informed Miller about it. He understands that certain things need to be done & he accepts his fate that he needs to be the person to do it. And his loyalty to Naomi is legendary, even though she now fears him, since he's so willing to do these things. Even Holden knows, he's quick to take the moral high ground, but he didn't waste time to tell Amos how to deal with Kenzo when they were on the Anubis.

Okay, I'm finally catching up on BNN. So, I'll probably stalk Tumblr for gifs after I've caught up.

Chei! That Expanse catch up was bloody fantastic! Now, have to wait till early 2017 for season 2 . Amos, with his understanding & acceptance of how everything works, has slowly turned to my favourite character, he might be a grunt, but he understands. He just used style to overtake the UN woman as my favourite character on the show.

I think I'll move onto to a lighter series now, so I'll now catch up on Brooklyn Nine-Nine. 9! 9!
