einsteino: exactly! so its best you said be irreligious on the thread, rather than "i am a christain but i dont get.." the latter implies you are trying to advise within the confines of christainity and that would be futile, cos you stand no chance of wining such a plea within the box that statement puts u into. thats all i am saying, make your case better and avoid loopholes which arises from patching the truth. anyways we have derailed the thread enough
ehm lets get back to living in canada pls I need to know if application fee can b paid using a dollar master card.I tried paying using dollar card but d transaction was declined.wat do u tink could b d issue.tank u |

Newmum0615: Exactly. Cos that role is strictly a supervisory role. @caon what exactly is your role? I know there is a thing for insurance workers. Lemme help you find it. those r my roles.usually wen there are claims we carry out. verification exercise to ascertain d authencity of the claim n also verify documents submitted.as a unit we collectively establish standard processes on how work she b done.wen we have interns.we train dem on d job to b done etc.we do all these.d supervisor just oversee d unit n data y d hr won't say am a supervisor.as a mater of fact dey had initially TLD me dey won't given did type of reference DAT d only one dey given is d standard type used in apply for tourist visa.I am at a fix now |

Newmum0615: Hmm. Try and see if you can get them to issue another one. You could tell them that they requested for a more recent one. This is what I cam up with though:
-Conduct reviews and validation of processed transactions and approve payments of claims -Provide periodic reports on processed transactions as required to senior management and regulatory bodies -Direct and supervise the functions of other claims officers in the unit and ensure adherence to the company’s policies -Conduct training for officers on their job functions and policies for processing of claims. -Oversee the activities of the claims unit to ensure efficiency and accuracy -Handle correspondences and perform any other duties as required. -Manage restocking of office inventories on a regular basis
Good luck this is good tank u so much but I am not a supervisor ooo n my HR won't agree to write supervisory role for mi.I tried once but dey disagreed statin DAT i am no supervisor |

happytbaby: Hmmmm.....in my experience....you do not just request for reference, you sit, look at the NOC and compose your own job description in a way that it matches the NOC because you may actually be doing everything on the NOC but the 'official' JD does not sound like it. The way forward may be to go back to the drawing board and re-draft the job description and ask HR to provide his reference in that way, as long as he does everything he lists....
In my experience, most bank HRs issue what you want written. The worst they can say is 'no' anyway. I have seen at least 5 banks do that. The key is for the job roles on your reference to be written 'in your own words'.
I hope this helps. pls concerning d ref letter,my JD fits NOC 1212 to d letter.in fact I only changed a few words n even added an extra job functn not included in d NOC.hope it won't pose a problem.since I only changed a few words to suit my specific line.CBC optionese,Cochtrane,40manlappy |

Nozzle: Hello my ppl, Let me share my story to encourage somebody. ITA July 11 AOR Aug 5 Medicals passed Aug 18 IPI Aug 19 Aug 26 daughter was born ADR sept 5 schedule A submitted Sept 18 added daughter plus her medicals
I was on IP1 till Dec 6th!!! By October 11, I got gcms notes and found that I had issues with my pof. I submitted two bank statements and a bank reference. My dorm account in dollars had 95% of the funds and my savings with d rest 5%. According to d gcms note all the funds they saw was $4,515 which obviously didn't meet the threshold for a family of 3. Actually the bulk of the money $16k was in my dorm which they had erroneously skipped. So they only checked my savings and converted to get $4,515. I was devastated. I got a few advice from my good ppl here, sent them couple of mails and raised several CSE. Re-scanned all statements and sent to them. They didnt respond!. I couldn't print new statement cos i had actually used part money for some things. They totally ignored all the mails, and probably dumped my case as its a dead-end. On dec 6th, I woke up to a letter of refusal! The worst has finally happened. It was the same reason - insufficient funds. You can imagine the traumatic experience. However I braced up myself, decided to write again. But this time it was going to be with some fury! I was so irate. I explained how unfair the system is and sent all the statements again. The fault was clearly from them and not mine. You missed out on my major account details and you got me disqualified for no fault of mine. Dec 7th, I started another application. Got 451 and entered the pool again to start the process all over To be truthful I actually gave up, but my wife insisted we do it again. She encouraged me to start all over. God bless her. Dec 14th, I got an email like an update on the rejected application. When I logged into my app, I noticed my refusal has been reversed. My old application is now back online. I cudnt contain my joy and up till now that I write, it looks and feels like a dream. I stared at d app profile for hours to see If it is really true or if anything would change. So all the mails I sent and my CSE i raised finally paid off at last. Just this morning my app moved to NA2 and immediately i got a mail to pay our rprf. Right now I have an app that's close to ppr and another in the pool waiting for ITA. I wish I can transfer that to someone. God is good. Lots of lessons to learn;
Don't risk touching ur pof o. Anything can happen, u may need to send a fresh statement or reference showing current balances, you just never know. Finally, never say never, if u want something desperately enof u will get it.
God is indeed great.
Thanks to u all for ur insightful advices. Before I over celebrate pls does rprf request mean PPR is near congrats.u r almost there.tank God .he is indeed great |

Canadianfly: Lol. Be like say you and hubby fight about it this morning.
Well the truth is, the problem is you and your husband telling people your plans to relocate. If y'all kept mute and focused on your plans as a family, no one will have the nerve to comment on yalls plans. Next time you and your husband should keep your mouths shut and tell no one your family plans until you have your plane tickets in your hands. Even then, you still don't owe anyone gist. Free the woman feeding your husband stories, the problem is your husband that went to tell her una plans. canadianfly is bin a while gud to have u back |
