My view of Declan rice had been consistent right from west ham, to when he was linked with Chelsea and even now. He is on the same level as Gallagher in terms of ability with just more English Hype. He's a basic midfielder.

I have noticed big clubs are now giving out more debuts and game time to players around the 17yr age mark since Yamal breakthrough.
