Properties / Re: How Do I Get My Money Back From A Landlord? by captain247: 9:52pm On Mar 29, 2017
One thing with greedy landlords is that they have very bad ethics like robbers whatever money in the form of rent enter their purse it will never go out in that same manner through which it enters. I would advise you keep frustrating him both physically and spiritually by prayers. Call him often and Bombard him with millions of text messages. Give him trouble let him not have rest for a week, you will be surprised he will call you and discuss how to pay.

I gave a landlord money for rent then two days later I told him I don't want to stay in that area anymore that I learnt there is high security challenge in the environment that people are relocating. This landlord refuse to give me the money that I must bring somebody for him I said who will come and live in a curfew environment. He then ask me to give him end of that month to look for tenant. I waited for three months even I then told him I can't wait any longer he then said he would take out three months rent out of the money and agent fee of which wasn't at the initial plan. I said for peace to rain take the agent fee but I can't pay you for 3 months rent when I didn't even moved into the apartment. So he then give me half of the money that till he gives the apartment out before he will pay the balance. As am talking to you this is over two years now the man still hasn't given me the balance. The worse is that he has never ever call me in this past years. So I sent him prayer text like a curse and he became afraid he then called to start begging me to be give him more time.

Computers / Re: Inverter Users : Lets Have Your Experience by captain247: 8:39pm On Mar 21, 2017
I bought my 1.5KVA nverter with two batteries of 150Ah since 2015 and besides TV I also use my blender on it anytime I want to cook unless the power is low then I use gen. But recently the inverter will just be given alarm as soon as nepa light is gone and I put Two fan on. It won't even slow me to watch TV series beyond 30mins and it's fully charged with nepa light.
Do they service the inverter or the battery because I haven't done any maintenance whatsoever since I purchased it.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: How To Get A Job by captain247: 4:58am On Mar 17, 2017
DeLioncourt:
Finding it hard to get a job? Follow this thread. The country doesn’t care about your welfare. Epp yourself. Share to epp a job seeker

Nigeria’s current unemployment rate is 13.9% and this not of the whole population ooo…it’s 13.9% of the labour force.

The way your CV is prepared tells a lot about you. Some people never get called back because their CV is like ghanian jollof…unappealing.

Your CV shud intrigue d employer. Hello sir or ma…hype

yourself. Stop putting swimming and listening to music if ure applying to a bank.

Ur area of focus shud be ur skills. If u attended one german class and u can say small stuff in german..add it! Can speak Basic German.

Also, know d contents of ur CV like u know all the players on ur favorite team or ur favorite TV show.

Submit ur CV to as many places as u can..even if u don’t meet all d requirements. Ur skills might just be attractive enuf to warrant a call.

After submitting ur beefcake of a CV, wait for a test invite or a call for an interview depending on the company’s system.

Aptitude test. Usually basic English and maths…but some employers can be wicked…like PWC and KPMG..better read well

Answer as many questions as u can. Don’t dwell on one question. If ure somehow dull, just do tumbo tumbo. U might be lucky and pass

Preparing for d interview is where a lot of people get themselves kicked out. Nigga, buy a fucking suit!!! Don’t wear packet shirt only.

Ur buffness is not employers business. Hide it inside the suit. Get a clean cut and shave ur beards if ur a guy or a girl that cuts her hair

oda girls shud do neat braids…or a simple weave or some oda simple shit. Don’t carry house on ur head. U cant appear richer than ur employer.

Girls shud know d appropriate amount of cleavage to show…a woman might be on the panel n she will Bleep U UP..esp if ur boobs are big

Enter d room n greet. Yoruba people…please do not prostrate… izz nor necessary…ure not applying for town hall secretary.

U must have good knowledge of the role u applied for. Don’t get confused when they ask what u applied for…it’s all attempted fuckery

Listen to d questions ure asked n answer confidently…talk like ure in a business meeting with ur mates. Show no fear or they will eat u raw.

When they ask u to tell dem abt urself…avoid narrating how ur family line descended directly from oduduwa and sango.

Tell them abt ur objectives n aspirations in relation to d job. Don’t go to a bank n tell dem how u always wanted to be an astronaut. Use sense..

The first big question…WHAT IS UR GREATEST WEAKNESS…please don’t say fried plantain. It may be funny..but u may remain jobless and funny.

The best answer I have for this is “I never give up and it may lead to me obsessing over my work and putting it before every other thing”

Spin it and rephrase it how u wish…if u have a better answer, use it. Don’t tell dem lateness runs in ur family ooo. Honesty is not the best policy.

Next big question. WHERE DO U SEE URSELF IN 5 YEARS. Please…please…don’t tell them of ur dream to be a footballer…or a fish farmer

They want to hear ur dreams in relation to the company. How do u see urself growing or impacting the company.

The asnwers to this question vary..so u have to figure out one by urself in relation to ur field of study or field of job applied to.

Remember to always remain calm…smile, avoid stuttering while u speak. Keep ur damn hands to urself and don’t gesticulate. Its not acting school

If u don’t know d answer to a question, think for some seconds and reply “I know this but it’s not coming to me right now”

NEVER REPLY WITH “I DON’T KNOW”. Nobody wants to hire a liability. Have u worked without supervision befr? YES.

Never say anything negative abt urself, ur former employer, ur former workmates, ur school… never say anything negative. Period.

Goodluck and Happy Job Hunting...

Ask any questions you may have...feel free to add ur opinions

Nice one.

Sirs pls as a matter of urgency, I need to get two tyres and I need a good tyre. The one I bought didn't last two months and get twisted.

Firestone and continental are good brands of tyre I have used for a year without issue. You should also check for the required PSI stated on your car when purchasing tyres and the date of production matters too with the size.

The reason is because this world is created for men that's why females are treated like that. My friend took me to a sit-out one evening only for Us to be denied entry by the bouncer at the gate reason being that we both are females so we left to another spot, after all we are the one to spend our money on their expensive drinks.
Romance / Re: If Your Girlfriend Has One Of These Jobs, She Might Be Cheating On You. by captain247: 1:44pm On Nov 26, 2016
Riwo11:
It sucks to get cheated on. Sometimes it’s inevitable, like if your girlfriend is a sociopath and you just didn’t know. But other times, there are warning signs you should look out for, like if there’s a random guy in your bed, or your girlfriend has a career that breeds cheaters, like investment banking. (just check out the results below.)
Here’s a comprehensive list of the top ten professions for cheaters:

1. Financial (Bankers, brokers, analysts)

2. Aviation (Pilots, flight attendants, flight pursers)

3. Healthcare (Doctors, nurses, nursing assistants)

4. Business (CEOs, managers, secretaries)

5. Sports (Athletes, instructors, representatives)

6. Arts (Musicians, models, actors, photographers)

7. Nightlife Industry (DJs, dancers, waiters)

8. Communication (Journalists, public relations, communicators)

9. Legal (Lawyers, secretaries, prosecutors, judges)

10. Other sectors (Don’t know what that entails, but ok)

http://www.maxim.com/news/jobs-cheaters-have-2016-10

In as much you said "girl friend " and not "wifey " there is nothing like cheating on you when you're not yet married to her whehe as in the actual sense she is cheating on God with you. Till she answer your family name she is still bearing her father's name so is free.

Why do you like Solara so much? please kindly share

Am very much comfortable with Solara when driving and even when someone else is driving me, it doesn't give headache of huge mechanical repairs and it flies on the road. It has its own Auto-Security lock Door and it's two door makes police angry most time when I have people seated behind.

Nice. Very few people can abide a 2-door car. Has moving things around been an issue?

Not at all the trunk is big enough to contain much items. I actually like it for it security reasons especially in traffic.

Bluetooth scanner is very cheap OBD-II Bluetooth scanner is #3,500. All you need so is to download Torque light App from your Android play store. As you plug in your Bluetooth scanner device open your torque app wait for the car signal sign to be steady, then you can start finding fault codes of your car. For you to understand what the code means go to goggle it will explain the details to you and you can tell you mechanic what exactly he should fix in your car.

Am not surprised after all two of my friends that applied for driver's license since May are yet to go for captioning in order to get ordinary temporary license not even the original. I applied for tinted permit since March am yet to go for captioning. It's only renewal of car documents that is being done under 24hrs.
Even U. S visa processing that usually take 3 working days is no longer the same. Everything now is wait till you receive a text message or email which you can't tell when.
