my verification got declined because my temporary drivers license was in gray-scale, Upwork says it should be in colour format, meanwhile that's how FRSC printed it, retried with voters card, 72 hours later, no response yet. Account still suspended. The only other 2 options is permanent residency card or international passport and I don't have those. Need suggestions

I recently was made to reverify my Upwork account, the two options, QR code or via link sent to SMS, each of these still brings me to the original page, eg when I scan the QR code, I get a link that when I click, it brings me back to this page again and again and again, same with the SMS method, have tried different browsers both on laptop and mobile, same outcome. need advice

Pardon me if this is not the right thread, I've been trying to pay for Facebook as for a while but my card keeps declining. Now my ad account is showing disabled. Tried all suggested solutions but no success. Has anyone experienced such and later found a solution?
