The answer can be found in late Brigadier Hillary Njoku's book "Tragedy without Heroes". Njoku was still new in the Army when British started the process of indigenising the officer corps of the Nigerian Army. They chose one of the oldest NCO's, Wellington Bassey, to be the first to go for 3 months officers training in Britain. On completion of his course and return to Nigeria, two much younger NCO's, Ironsi and Ademulegun were sent on the same course

The problem Bassey had was that he was an old Soldier who had no ambition. While Ironsi and Ademulegun where jumping at every opportunity to go on different courses abroad, Bassey was happy to stay in Nigeria and do his thing. Another thing was that Bassey was not as educated as Ironsi and Ademulegun. Njoku also stated in book that Bassey could not effectively command a brigade of Soldiers, let alone a division. So it was inevitable that younger, more hardworking and more ambitious officers eventually surpassed him.

A combination of age, education, ambition and capacity meant that Bassey never rose above the rank of Lt Colonel and quickly retired when Gowon came to power.

There's no such thing as easiest programming language to start with. My advice is have a particular project/product in mind and gear your mind towards creating it. Google similar product/project and see the technology(programming language) mostly used for it. then learn as you build

you'll end up paying much more with all these DIY. Also there functions are limited.
Even the Configure you'll require some programming logic skills to be able to use it.

better option is hire a developer. problem is finding the right one here on nairaland. just be wary about those super cheap devs here though

With the exponential growth of the CoronaVirus, and the recent stay at home order by the Government forcing many companies requiring employees to work from home. Here are five(5) simple tips for a better work from home experience i'd like to share

1. Create a Work-space
Separating work and play is important when working from home. Have a set location where you work. This could be an office, room or corner. Trying to work while on your couch or bed tends to be less productive.

2.Have a Time Schedule
Set a specific time schedule for yourself and try to not work outside those hours. it should be similar to your normal work schedule. It can be very easy to overwork yourself when work from home. Also if you do not set a time schedule, you might be faced with the problem of procrastination

3. Prepare for Work.
Just as you have set a time schedule, you should also prepare for work. Take your bath, get dressed (not necessarily in a suit and tie), and head for work (in the work space you've defined).

4. Limit Distractions
It can be easy to be distracted by your Family, phone, Netflix, video games and anything else you do to pass time at home. Leave the cell phone, TV and other distractions out of your work area.

5. Take Breaks
Time seems to fly by when you are working from home. Create a break time (Coffee break, Long-break, Short-break). Go outside and take a short walk. These breaks will recharge you and increase productivity.
