DTaj:
Atiku was a damn old fool.

He allowed heavy-fee-charging SANs to egg him on, deceiving him that he had a case when it was so clear that a so-called website of a whistle blower was the source of the so-called INEC server! How could he be so dumb?

An agency claimed not to have a thing, but an external person, an interloper, who claimed to be a whistle blower insisted that the agency had a thing, and on that basis, the petitioners (PDP and Atiku) went to court to enforce the un-enforceable!

A Law student in 100 level would have told Atiku the truth from Day One, but the SANs, starting with Ozekhome, the irresponsible loudmouth and lawyer for ALL the BIG, elitist thieves in Nigeria, urged Atiku on, and continued to collect his ill-gotten millions!

A shame! Shame to PDP and Atiku, and their nincompoop followers!!!
The quack Whistleblower was very stupid with his server claim but Atiku was even more stupid to have fallen for that scam. I am sure he paid the guy heavily for the so called server evidence.

I campaigned and voted for Atiku, but that server mata just wik me. I mentioned it on Nairaland and one particular guy was asking for my head.

With all the efforts and investment to record and report violations by APC, he spent almost all the time available to argue from the server angle. He mustn't pay those so-called SANs.
Barr Mike Ozekhome has said all Legal fees are non refundable. cheesy cheesy

Your senses needs complete overhauling. How does it affect atiku? Oh, he wouldn't be able to feed his family after the ruling? How much has he spent from his worth that most senseless people are crying for him. I want to believe atiku and other sensible people knew this will be the result but senseless people unlike atiku will recoil into their shell without challenging the daytime robbery. Though poverty has been subjecting people to compulsory muteness and dumbness in the face of justice since time immemorial.
You on the other hand have zero sense. If you did you would have realized that it affected him deeply otherwise he would not have wasted precious time chasing after a nonsensical case at the Election Tribunal, Appeal court and now at the Supreme court and losing in all three.

He dragged his gullible PDP minions such as yourself along with him to the slaughter house and you all got slaughtered. This has nothing to do with how much he spent but how much stupidity he exhibited along with his mentally deficient supporters.

There was no daylight robbery from anywhere. However there was a daylight stupidity from Atiku and his fans

Mumu talk. When false affidavit full everywhere.
The only way you would know an affidavit is false is when tested. Buharis affidavit was tested and he provided the original certificate from Cambridge to clear the air on why he swore to an affidavit when the first original copy he was given was lost.

He effectively showed his affidavit was not a false one. Are you unaware he tendered his original certificate from cambridge?

Stop typing like a fool bro

Your mumu dey show. You called Atiku a renown thief and I called Buhari a bloody coupist. Proof is the issue, not sentiments. The facts show that only one of us is right.
So in a nutshell you agree Atiku is a world renowned Kleptocrat and thief. Who is the mumu now?
PoliticsRe: Atiku, PDP Loses Appeal At Supreme Court by CaptainMeks: 1:47pm On Oct 30, 2019
IamR:
One can occupy any political office in Nigeria with just affidavit.
One cannot swear to an affidavit on nothing. The affidavit was sworn to based on the existence of a certificate which was either lost, stolen or damaged beyond recognition. You cannot circumvent the law by swearing to an affidavit over a document you NEVER HAD.

Buhari has a certificate and besides this, that is the least of the qualifications he required and he incidentally had gone ahead to get even bigger qualifications as high as a masters degree. Thus the certificate bruhaha is rendered null and void and thus a stupid move by ATIKU and his lawyers to file a petition against it.

Stupid PDP, stupid followers, stupid Atiku and stupid lawyers
PoliticsRe: Atiku, PDP Loses Appeal At Supreme Court by CaptainMeks: 1:42pm On Oct 30, 2019
Probably one of the swiftest rulings ever given by the Apex court and it shows how nonsensical the petition was and how stupid the PDP lawyers who led Atiku to the guillotine were. They knew he would lose yet kept on fleecing him with their lies of hope. Atiku is indeed a FOOL

A man who lost his own case at the appeal court now begs the supreme court to give him a mandate he never won. That man can only be a first-class joker and he is none other than our favourite serial loser - Atiku

CONGRATULATIONS TO MR PRESIDENT AND TO THE PEOPLE OF OUR VERY GREAT NIGERIA. WE DODGED A BULLET CALLED ATIKU AND PDP

Updates

The Supreme Court found no merit in the appeal of the PDP and Atiku/Obi. The court has dismissed the appeal

Nothing like ruling here, it was just the order the PDP Legal Team wanted their their case but the judges said otherwise
Any statement declared as a final position by the supreme court justices pertaining to this case is a ruling. Those are the apt words used

First supreme court ruling goes against Atiku and PDP

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, who leads the seven-man panel of the apex court, in the lead ruling consented to by other members, overruled Atiku and his party’s request that their seven interlocutory appeals should be heard after the main one must have been argued.

The seven-man panel held that it would be unnecessary to hear the interlocutory appeals when a judgment on the main appeal marked SC.1211/2019 would cover the field.

What Buhari is doing to Nigeria is giving Nigeria the North Korea treatment. In this modern Age you can not live in Isolation. What is the work of customs and immigration if not to curb smuggling and illegal entry. What we accuse Benin of doing. Nigeria does it times two. Take a stroll to Major Markets in Nigeria Idumota, Ladipo, Tradefair,Main Market in Onithsa, Kano you see Nationals of other African countries coming to buy goods obviously not made in Nigeria for sale in their countries
Will you shut up. Only the land borders were closed while the seaports and freight services are open. There is no absolute shut down going on in the country. Curbing smuggling through our land borders is a job well done and you should shut up if you have nothing sensible to type

Why are Nigerians seeing this as a fight or means of gaining power over other countries? Closure of border has inimical effects on Nigeria's economy and other neighbouring countries. Don't just talk for talking sake if you don't know what economics of trade is all about.
You must be silly. Do you not realise by now that other neighbouring countries have been leveraging off nigerias population strenght to grow their own economies as they dump anything and everything into our markets and take the forex back to their countries?

The border closure would have absolutely no inimical effect on Nigeria in the long run. This is a laudable move by Buhari and should be applauded.

Nigerias population is approximately 60% of the population of the entire ecowas countries yet you still cannot see how keeping the borders open would be bad for us as a country when the other ecowas countries smuggle their goods into our country?

Guy use your head to think and not your feet

most of Company in Nigeria closed and relocate to Ghana because of high price in fuel and inadequate of light supply but they always import their goods to Nigeria because of our population.
Where are the "most companies" that left Nigeria for Ghana? FYI fuel is more expensive in ghana than in Nigeria. I don't think you have even been to a border not to mention another country.

Spare us your epistle please, respect Nigeria for once.
I thought it was just Benin and Niger reps that would be affected, later learnt Togo and Cameroon were crying too.
It was the ever mouthful and boastful Ghana later and just getting to know that Liberia and Ivory coast are equally affected.
We'll deal with you guys and you wouldn't know what hit you all.

Benin
Niger
Togo
Cameroon
Ghana
Ivory coast
Liberia

Waiting for reports from Burkina Faso, Senegal, Mali etc.
Border closure is affection nations as far away as THAILAND and not just Africa.

that is not a red card undecided
When you go into an attack with your studs shown like he did its meant to be a straight red because it is a potentially career ending attack. Those are the rules
