The genesis of the problem is that the land was sold fraudulently and there's no proper demarcation till date. It always causes a rift when the school is seen as overstretching their boundaries, I don't know about my villagers not valuing education, I can only speak for my family, we have 2 with PHD degrees and 1 with a first-class MBA from Lagos business school, I am about to acquire another degree and God willing I will get a PHD someday. The attack on the school in 2016 was because a woman was found murdered in cold blood within the school premises,

My village is very peaceful and law abiding to the best of my knowledge. We have well travelled and read people, The person that school is named after was supposed to be the first medical doctor in Eastern Nigeria but he switched school and lost some time. We also have 1 of the first pharmacist in Nigeria. At the moment even though the community is small, we can boast of 5 professors.

your wicked village that is fond of burning and destroying school property including attacking students at sight. Your village that don't know the value of education.
I love the institution with it's high academic standard but the villagers need attitudinal change. Advise your people to always travel and see it as part of education. I can never forget what they did in 2008/2009 and was repeated sometime in 2016 or thereabouts.
