He lie give us say he be importer, collect 5k for mentorship. He also charge people 35k for Google Admob after he done chop the mentorship money.

Finally he lie give us say he wan import goods from China, say if people dey interested he go give them around 90% return of investment.

He gather all the investors money, up to 3 million naira. He run after he confess say na betting he use am do. He scam us with our hard earn money.

He think say he go go free.

Lol Dragging it in court oooo but you trust Naija way naa they keep adjourning the case, no progress one bit! To be honest, most of us have moved on but we still need justice to avoid another case like this again, as people will keep falling for scams no matter how obvious such scams are. Saying I'm devastated is an understatement!!!!

You got an agent's number, called him requesting for an apartment.. You meet, he takes you to a nice affordable house....you like the house, he asked you to pay on time before someone else takes it up, you did and he said he won't give you the key yet until the completion of the house, because they are still working on it. He said, the keys would be given to you by a lawyer and the lawyer will give you another receipt in exchange for the one given to you by the agent and developer. So you are here waiting till that date given to you for collection after making full payment.

Has anything like this ever happened and turns out to be genuine or are they fraudsters?

They claimed all the houses have been taken, but another number was used to call the agent and he still mentioned the area of this particular house that they claim the apartments are all taken?

If they are fraudsters, what advise do you suggest in finding out their genuineness and what actions to be taken to recover the money before they flee.
