A school collapsed? Gosh! Where are we heading to in this country? I'm sure the collapsed building didn't just collapse magically...it gave signs that were ignored. Sometimes i just wish i could snap some people's necks and kick them to oblivion. Why do we like "managing" things? That building was "managed" till it collapsed. Agbgift: Lol. He doesn't know stubbornness would yield anything good. Its pays to listen to your customers and give them services that are satisfactory to them, in other not to loose them. Even if its beyond his reach, he should explain. And not laugh over it.My point exactly. I can't imagine going to a bank to complain and the customer service representative would smile, look at me and say, "You are having fun". Even if i look like a clown.
