Are you kidding me?  Ask previous landlord questions about the prospective tenant? Some landlords do not live in the same house with their tenants. How about that? That's even if the landlord will be willing to say good things about you. Or even the co-tenants that have been beefing you for ages. Who even has the time to be snooping around?Then the clause limiting the number of people in the house and the number of visitors is totally outrageous! |
