this land is not the one before ikorodu. this owode is very close to redemption camp along lagos ibadan express road. it is just after mowe and ofada.
mowe is the closest to redemption camp followed by ofada and land in mowe is already selling for 1.2 million per plot. the one at ofada goes for 450 per plot.
owode is the next area and people are already buying the land.

an acre (6 plots) will go for 500 thousand and you will have the opportunity to register the land once you have bought it.
