Romeo3: Bro. You guys don't understand the laws of life. . .
Give and it shall be given on to you.
there is more happiness in giving, than in receiving.
Do unto others as you would like to be done to you
God blesses a cheerful giver.
There are blessings attached to these things you want hidden. God's blessings come in different ways and they aren't always instant. It's not the fastest that wins the race and it's not the smartest that makes the most money.
The most important thing is the heart. If the heart is pure, God will always be by your side, even when you are surrounded by 1000 enemies. Sharing strategy doesnt and hasn't affected anything. Trust me, no one here knows the business strategy. Whatever is on Nairaland is just the surface. .No one came to lagos to count bridge. When the full strategy is unveiled you will see it.
No one, and i repeat, No one can compete with FLEETXPERT. We are not experts for nothing. If they like, let them be 100, they will all be left in the dust.
We know what we are doing..... This is just a game of chess. Oooooshey |

GAZZUZZ: collateral. Pay 30per up front , driver will say no money.
Drivers should put their mouths where their money is.
Walk up to your bank and ask for a 2m naira loan and see what it takes to Get it.
Go to a family memeber and ask for a 2m naira loan and see if is that easy.
Ask a close friend for a 2m naira loan and see if is that easy.
Drivers be shouting hP upandan like they have somthing to bring to the table. Gbam Gbam |

I make sure the car is in good shape. Because I don't want to hear stories. And when drivers mess up, that is when I behave like an area boy. I did my part, so I expect you to do yours. |

At the end of day three things are involved 1. Partner gets paid 2. Fleet manager gets paid (if managed by a manager) 3. Driver gets paid Who gets paid more or less becomes irrelevant as long as every one smiles What remains relevant is the Object been used to sort trinity |

entparrot: The risk I'm talking about is you getting paid, technically u have no risk against drivers fraud, if ur vehicle not working it will be return to ur house, if it remains under the driver's care, you must be paid. Definitely .... I was referring the risk in business itself... and once it can be managed the yam will be eaten well |

entparrot: Honestly, I won't call that cheating, most owners explain the situation to drivers, probably, they have no money to fix it, expecting while they work, they will use the money they bring in to fix the vehicle.
It also happens in house rent, some incomplete building been rented out, money paid in for rent was use in completing the building.
And in this case, you will see a tenant challenging the landlord, that his money was use in the house finishing, so therefore rent renewal is not going to happen.
Finally, if the conditions giving to you is not favorable, kindly drop the vehicle. Don't take advantage of the situation. Very important |

entparrot: Drivers earning depends on his hard work, we are only renting vehicles to responsible drivers and owners take responsibilities of repairs.
What will it benefit you to be promise 50k on the open forum and they will ask you to call them, then in that call, they will tell you, ur earnings will be 43/45k. or 60/40 and you will buy 30k fuel card, buy a phone and a spectranet, and you might loose your weekly rental, including all your fuel money.
Those guys believe owning owners is a normal thing, with us we pay you upfront, and face the driver.

Ogunvic has a good strategy but coming to share the strategy is uncalled for. Business strategy is supposed to be kept secret. entparrot: Let me break it down: And make it open, no hidden games, everything is straight forward.
We will succeed together.
Toyota Corolla 2003 upward 40k net, owners get 40k paid, no hidden deductions.
We collect 45,000 naira from drivers, that means we are earning only 5000 naira for this services.
We recommend your car have a tracker, it cost only 25,000 naira. if you dont have money for tracker, we can help you buy it, then you reimburse us immediately your car makes money. ( this goes with 6months minimum agreement for us to manage ur car) Why we have this 6 months minimum agreement? some owners will use us to fix their cars and later pull out of the agreement..Yes,if we breach the agreement, yes, you have right to pull out.
We recommend you have a comprehensive insurance, if you dont have money for insurance, we can help you buy it, then you reimburse us immediately your car makes money.( this goes with 6months minimum agreement for us to manage ur car) Read reasons above...
If you have a little problem with your car, maybe probably you might have spend the money sorting family problems, we will assist you to fix the car, then you reimburse us immediately your car makes money. No interest.
If you have a big problem with your car, maybe engine damaged, bring it to us, you will be assisted with the money to fix it. then you pay us with 10% interest on the total amount spent.
Any option you want, be it HP or Rental, we are available to deal with you.
We pay upfront payment, once we accept your car.
Your interest is our concern.
We are not giving you guarantee with lips, we are giving you guarantee with your money in your hand, before releasing your vehicle. Gbam |

entparrot: I don't want to lament on terms and conditions, of course we are going into a contract that will favour the investors. Without your cars, drivers will be jobless. Drivers we have are not seeing you as partners, they are seeing you as their boss and they are very thankful. I disagree... cuz some can actually save up to buy something or get Family assistance .. |
