Go to a reputable transport company early in the morning, discuss with one of the drivers going to the east and tell him you'll follow him till you get to familiar terrain.

The snag is you might loose him in checkpoints because as a young guy driving alone,you'll definitely get pulled over at most, if not all checkpoints.

Have you driven that long distance before? It can be tiring and you might feel sleepy along the way.

Make sure all your papers are complete and you don't have any incriminating stuff in your car and phone.

If you can afford that car, hire a professional matured driver and pay him to either drive you or accompany you.

Keep enough money on you to settle when necessary, otherwise you'll be delayed by checkpoints even if all your papers are complete.

Make sure you don't have tints on your car.

Overall, its risky and if you can avoid it, please do.

Mercedes benz for reliability, the w202 is an indestructible german machine but a rusty old bucket if not well maintained

The C180 is a good engine as it has low tech engine parts compared to the 6cylinder variants

benz wins here, parts abound but both have very solid parts.

Both vehicles are extremely close as they are below the food chain in their respective lineup.

do the benz for easy access to parts and technician know how

Pick the BMW just to stand out. The 318 is a 150hp slow ride though has the finesse of the ultimate driving machine but with those 4cylinder ponies, baba every jap you encounter will leave you in their dust.

Thanks , I appreciate. I deliberately kept to the 4cylinders of both cars. I can still do a C280 or 328i of both years but bros, economy no good so man gats do wetin him go fit afford without tearing holes in your pocket all in the name of running costs
