Politics › Re: Abuja Court Reaffirms Emenike As Abia APC Candidate by Caseless: 7:54am On Jan 18, 2019
Ponponkon:
OF A TRUTH...

VILLAGE PEOPLE ARE AFTER UCHE OGAH, AS ABUJA HIGH COURT THREW AWAY HIS APPLICATION, DESCRIBING IT AS UNGRANTABLE

The gubernatorial ambition of Uche Ogah is currently and precariously hanging in the balance as an Abuja High Court yesterday reaffirmed Chief Ikechi Emenike as the authentic candidate of the APC in Abia State.

Ruling on a motion filed by Ogah yesterday for a stay of execution of an earlier judgement and for an order of interlocutory injunction, Justice K N Ogbonnaya stated that the reliefs sought by Ogah are "a clear abuse of the judicial process, unmeritorious and ungrantable".

The Judge had on November 29, 2018 delivered judgment which reaffirmed the judgement of an Abia State High Court recognizing Dr. Emmanuel Ndukwe as the Abia State Chairman of the APC. Chief Ikechi Emenike emerged Candidate through the primaries conducted by the Ndukwe faction.

The Judge frowned at both INEC and the APC Leadership for failing to recognize Emenike and wondered why the duo do not want Emenike to enjoy the fruits of his judgement obtained from a court of competent jurisdiction.

With this ruling, what it means is that as at today, Uche Ogah is not running for any election in Abia State. In the eyes of the law, Uche Ogah does not exist as a candidate until the Court of Appeal rules otherwise.

When Uche Ogah goons were having uncontrolled erection about the hand over of flag to their man by Oshiomhole, I reminded them that once the issue of candidature of a party is before a court, it is the court and not the party that has the final say.

Instead of crying like babies, Uche Ogah and his people should quickly rush to the Court of Appeal to fight their battle, maka na oge adiro.

For us in the Abia PDP, we care less about whomsoever the APC presents as their candidate. Whether it's Uche Ogah or Ikechi Emenike, we are certain that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu will comprehensively defeat the person.

In the meantime, we sympathize with the Ogah faction over this potential judicial career ending tackle.

They can also pursue this matter spiritually because it is getting clearer that village people are involved in this. This thing is not ordinary.
I can recommend a powerful Prophet for them. His name is Hon Solomon S. Ogolo. He is very experienced in handling problems created by village people. He can assist them.
What are friends for?
this case is yet to get to appeal court and you're celebrating already. The party recognizes the faction that produced ogar, that's the ground here.

PizzleGold:
Cristiano Ronaldo and his Juventus teammates celebrated their Italian Super Cup success with Floyd Mayweather after their 1-0 defeat of AC Milan.

Portugal superstar Ronaldo scored the only goal of the game in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia - where the match had controversially been staged.

Ronaldo pounced just before the hour mark, heading home Miralem Pjanic's dinked cross to give the Bianconeri their first trophy of the season.

It was also the Italian champions' first success in the competition since 2015, having lost the two previous Suppercoppa finals.

The question is who are the friends of Atiku? All of us are, now he's addressing a business community, this was laying emphasis on how entrepreneurs would enjoy a favorable atmosphere. Watching the video to where he concluded the statement would make you grasp the point he's trying to make.

Also, unlike buhari who enriched his family members who comes to Abuja to beg for 2k naira in the past, Atiku won't be doing that but would make everyone who he's leading and every business owner to be wealthy.

That's the emphasis here, but some misfits are making a mole out of it, that's very pathetic and unfortunate of them grin

First and foremost, I must appreciate the PA for being good at his job and in true words of the job - personal assistant.

Sometimes, we all want that decency in public even though we are mostly indecent in our closets. I think that's where most trolls derive their moral constitutional power from to troll "prostitutepreneurs" like this.

First, they'd post gangues to get comments and likes and, when their followers post positive comments about them, they ignore. When they post the negative comments, they react angrily with their incoherent writeup like people who dyslexic. The trolls have discovered the latter(negative comments) to be in effective tool, so they use it more often.

Las las na her life sha. Wetin go carry me follow them on social media sef?

I don't expect you to go against your political orientation rather stay mute on issues where your support goes against your morals.

Even Kwankwaso is going to vote for Buhari. I think the contest is more fierce between Ganduje and kwankwaso at the governorship. PDP pigs shouldn't mistake this crowd for an electoral inroads in kano state.

Dpharisee:
Nigerian guys rock, they know how to treat foreign women well.
The xenophobic attacks against Nigerians by fellow blacks in South Africa is simply because of their women dying for Nigerian men, so instead of fighting the white men who put them through apartheid they transfer aggression to Nigerians.
And also, Nigerian men are more endowed down there than Kenyan men and whenever the 'handuru' Kenyan ladies they keep asking for more grin grin
If only Nigerian girls know how much foreign ladies value us they would show us more respect and come out openly to say 'Thank you sirs' and not to be pretending to 'Fell Pregnant' without acknowledging how sweet our 'love machines' are grin grin
"thank you sirs" got me laughing.
