Within some minutes, another 2 guys squeezed themselves inside and they are all young with rough dressing.
I was at the front and I jumped down immediately before it moved but they were persuading me to enter but I refuse and entered the next car.
How can 4 young guys on black shirts with rough tattered clothes entered same bus. One was with a school bag and I suspected them.
There supposed to be at least, a woman and old person.
I hope I did the right thing guys by jumping down from the car? even if woman dey, e fit still sup. |

Lexzokomo: Hi guys good day, trust you are all good? Please just something that is bothering me, I am 30 yrs old but I have not gone to any tertiary institution but I have the desire to enroll as soon as forms are out.
But the issue now is I don't know wether I can serve after I graduate since I will be more than 30 upon graduation, I read somewhere that I will be likely be issued an exemption certificate.
My question now's is if I was given an exemption certificate I want to know how strong the exemption certificate is when compared to the discharge certificate, in the job market how do they look the exemption certificate?
Thank you You go reduce age be that, my guy. Our system encourage corruption. That's not a good thing to do, but no one should be denied the chance to experience that camp life because of their age. Go and do age declaration. Sometimes, if organisation see the exemption certificate, they just feel you're too old. So, to stay safe, people tend to get the certificate. |

kedeojo: There is no loser cos dangote can always sell abroad as he has even be doing cos they can afford it. Nigeria really need a cheaper fuel due to our economy, so I want to see if the state own will be far lesser since Nigeria owns the crude. He's not saying they'd affect Dangote's sales, he's saying that Dangote had to deal with the oil cabal for them to see reasons to allow this one to come on stream. As per price reducing, i'm not sure. They have a forward sale obligation to meet and they took a loan they need to service. We should worry more about them getting feedstock. |

This is a goodnews and i'm happy. I'm celebrating this with a "bated" breath cos I don't trust NNPCL...they can stage this for the camera. I fear the oil cabal. Or they can't keep holding it down again since Dangote refinery is definitely going to frustrate importation and he(Dangote), with God and Nigerians, he's winning the war against those holding us back from attaining national refining capacity.
Having defeated those who kill our refineries so they can keep importing and taking monies from subsidy, I think they finally gave up and let this to fly. We lost many gains due to their actions, but it's better late than never.
I hope this is not another Hadi-sirka-sque... We all remember Nigerian airline.
I'm sceptical cos they announced operations and trucks are already there to load. When did the trucks come? The process of getting loading tickets, buyers making payment and all take days. This is so quick. |
Travel › Re: Man Survives As Container Crushes His Car In Mile 2, Lagos by Caseless: 4:08am On Nov 27, 2024 |
owobokiri: Two things: 1) There should be a strong regulation guiding the movement of container trucks and the time they move. The best period should be after rush hours in the night. In China where almost all these containers originate from, they are hardly trucked at day time. It is always when the roads are very free at night. Hundreds of lorries like this in China, yet no accidents. A lorry loaded with a container can not be dragging the right of way with a small vehicle on a busy road during the rush hours. It is a disaster waiting to happen.
2) As a driver, and as a human being, your situational awareness should be top notch. When you see a heavy duty truck, fully loaded with a container, meandering through our bad roads, try to stop and avoid driving side by side with such trucks. They are always one gallop away from causing a big problem for many families. It has happened many times before, but few will learn. Simply apply the breaks and wait. Allow the truck to pass and then you go. Or drive ahead of the truck. It might be all you need to do to stay alive. spot-on! Even when you limit their movement to certain hours, there are private vehicles that would still be on the road by then. Nigerians don't learn. Secondly, these container trucks driving on bad roads are not properly locked to the flat trailers. I don't know why they allow them to go out like that. Thirdly, Nigerians are mad to be driving side-by-side a container trailer. |

Merchandiservic: This NNPC move is a breath of fresh air! Finally, we can breathe easy knowing that Dangote won't have a monopoly over our petrol supply. Competition is key to keeping prices fair and ensuring we don't end up paying through the nose. If we let one player control everything, we’re just setting ourselves up for another disaster. By the way, if you're looking for a share apartment in Lekki or need short-let options around Lekki and Lagos Island, hit me up! SmartPolician: I pity those who will fall for this trap. Buying those refineries now is like buying a faulty Mercedes 230 when others are buying GLE 450. Where will you get the parts to fix it?
Using new parts to fix wornout parts of the PH refinery is one of the reasons it never meets the repair completion target. Once they try to power the refinery, another part breaks down. Refineries that are older than our own are still working everywhere. Na poor maintenance culture kill our own. The fear is, they'd privatize to people not technically sound like they did with the DISCOs. |

None of you hateful islamics has ever been objective so far, no matter where you're located. And these include Turkey that pursues Kurds all the way to Iraq and bombs them for any slightest issue, and Iran that has no freedom for her own people! Unenlightened and biased ediots like you don't know how much Qatar in particular is spending around the world to mobilize people and countries against the Jews. Do you know that there's mail revealing how Qatar and Iran paid South Africa to take Israel to court so it will look like a supposedly christian country did so? How come no members of your useless religion cares about the over 1200 innocent Israelis murdered by Hamas terrorists in s single day as well as the hostages Hamas has been holding for over 1yr? All their interests so far are on their fellow Palestinian jihadists. If you don't known that it's religious intolerance and hate that encouraged that Hamas gruesome attack as well as the persistent supports from all muslims around the world, then it means you're either uninformed, in denial or plainly brainless This annoying goat doesn't know how much articles i read on this ongoing war every day.
