You see that east africa and environs ARSENAL supporters are radical. Even if you are an arsenal supporter and you don't comport you go collect.

I remember some years back I was in lafia nasarawa state I as an arsenal supporter was criticizing emmanuel adebayor, arsenal supporters almost beat me up with my jersey o.

I just do my arsenal thing jejely😎
Any poverty-stricken African who go to the length of attacking another African because of players making their own money and don't give a fvck about you is an idiot.

Business › Re: The Boy I Employed In My New Business Has Finished Me Within One Week by Caseless: 5:57am On Nov 01, 2024
PeterObi4Presid:
Business is really hard in Nigeria if you are not there 247,
We are too wicked, greedy and dishonest.

Less than a week, I employed this boy o, to manage my gas filling retail business and POS.
He displayed passion, initiative and experience about the gas filling business and handling of POS....so I just took the chance, we also speak same language. I've been acting nice and all but I think I now know why most Nigerian bosses are mean to their workers by default
.
Now from first cylinder we couldn't account for 10kg
Second cylinder was started today by him......when I told him to calculate everything sold from first cylinder based on daily record book ....it felt short of 10kg
.
From the sales from second cylinder that started today, The account book does not tally with what is remitted through ATM/POS mode of payment .....I dint know this until I checked my Moniepoint acct as I got home now cos my phone was dead before I went to the shop this evening
.
Even the POS part of the business does not tally with the cash I gave him this morning for people who need cash withdrawal
.
I'm boiling right now realizing the boy had lied to me when balancing the account this night using the record book, only to get home and power my phone to see cash fell short of 23k in my monie point acct linked to the POS
.
.
How do you handle boys who think they are smarter than you because theyve been in the business before?
.
And what are your experiences with dishonest workers in your business , especially this gas retail business or POS business
.
Modoified: how do I handle this case now....cos my mind is just boiling ....how can a new business fall short of 38k in less than 7 days...

.
Nigerans are innately dishonest. It's a terrible situation.

Get your wife to stay there, if you're married or come and attend to your business yourself.

Abia is always here for the wrong reason in recent time. It's a cool state, but blessed with clueless governors. Otti, I heard is doing well now.

On a bright side of it, Lagos state has helped many celebrities in their trying times. Why won't you invest in Lagos? It's the only state that can help you regardless of where you come from.

Politics › Re: FG Spends ₦‎29 Billion To Repair Damaged Power Towers – Punch Report by Caseless: 4:49am On Oct 31, 2024
VeeVeeMyLuv:
I am sorry to say this, The report has just revealed beyond reasonable doubts that vandalism is lucrative

Our race (especially Nigerians) just manage to somehow find a way to mess things up! Exactly The way they sabotage the crude oil/petroleum sector through oil bunkering, crude oil theft, subsidy scam, pipeline breaking, that is what they are now doing to the power sector despite the fact that it is now fully privatised!?
It's not fully privatized, TCN is still with government and they hold 40% stake in DISCOs.

We're actually a terrible people and have been taught it's fine to attack public properties for our personal gains just as those in position of authority steals from public till.

I heard when the civil war in Ivory coast took place, the rebels didn't attack the power installations and, the government didn't cut supply to that region.

We're too heartless here - both the leaders and the led.

DRKRIZ:
Some people can be quite foolish… sometimes you wonder what they even learned in school. The governor is intelligent, and this is a smart way to generate passive income for the state. I’ve heard similar projects were done in Abuja, and they’re successfully generating income for the state. Akwa Ibom has truly been blessed with good leadership.
Some people see things through the lens of tribalism.

Akwa Ibom tower in Lagos grin

But Lagos does not have Eko Tower in Akwa Ibom grin

Are you suggesting Akwa Ibom is not good for investments? Insane irresponsible government. Build church in Akwa Ibom and build tower in Lagos
What has happened to the tower in Ikot Ekpene? What law says states must reciprocate if a tower is built in their state? What's the status of that 5-star hotel in Uyo? If you're an investor, where would you site your tower between Lagos and other states?

You're a kidnapper and murderer. Even if your voice sweet pass Michael Jackson, we don't care. You better brace up for a long jail term or probably a death sentence. Stand up comedians and motivational speakers sef dey. Nobody cares.
He should do that in prison.

They prefer to import fuel because of the subsidy corruption they are benefitting from. Wicked souls.
They're just terrible people. They claim to import and supply 52 million liters everyday, they have removed NNPCL from the middle, what's still keeping them away? They have been stealing from us.

If Dangote decides to go into retail now, they'll start crying wolf...and say he's a monopoly.

higgs:
The whole idea of "a national grid" serving 200 million people is a bad idea. For electricity to be steadily available in Nigeria, there should be many grids serving different areas and all segments of the industry from generation to transmission to distribution should be in private hands, government should only be involved as a regulator. The problem we have in Nigeria is that corrupt politicians and civil servants want government to be actively involved in every industry so that there will be more opportunities for them to steal money.
But even when we have it private hands, it doesn't go well. I don't there's any nation on earth where the power is 100% in private hands - that's like putting your whole nation in private hands and they can switch it on and off at will like Isreal does with Gaza.

We're just not ready to do the right thing. Government involvement should be for the good, but nothing works here.

We sure need to decentralize the grids.

Hey everyone. We all know that the saying 'HEALTH IS WEALTH' can't be over emphasized. There are lots of reasons why you should own your personal clippers i.e

1. prevents you from getting bumps, rashes and other hair infections gotten from public clippers

2. it's affordability and durability

3. It's easy to use and helps save your money. Also it reduces your frequenting of the barbershop, for those that shave every other day 😂

4. It prevents you from contacting STDs and other infections gotten from unsterilized clippers.
Not sterilized?
Politics › Re: How Tinubu Marginalised Other Ethnic Nationalities To Favour Yoruba - SR by Caseless: 12:13pm On Oct 30, 2024
Recently, some Northern groups slammed President Tinubu over what they described as the dominance of the South-West people in the appointment of heads of security agencies.
I told them not to keep quiet when Buhari was doing it. It sets dangerous precedence.

If you know you're going to appoint people mostly from your ethnicity, then don't go round campaigning. Stay in your region and win the election. The north gave him more votes.
