Baba and saraki are two immiscible liquid, so expect what's happening right now to saraki to happen. Ofcourse, gej is as corrupt as saraki, what do you want gej to do to him? Pot can't call kettle black, that's why gej kept mute; it's not because he respect saraki or he's afraid of him. |

adaweezy: i hate typing for too long and i prefer speaking to typing my words/opinion You still haven't said any judicial authority and obviously i didnt ask for a stay of execution definition or metamorphosis . Saraki would be arrested before Monday and even if not arrested the CCT would definitely sit before the Appeal court and number 2 most of Sarakis premises are faulty and not tenable for example looking at the premise that the AGF is needed before a suit can be filed or charges brought is bewildering as the Supreme Court killed this controversy to rest more than a decade ago in AG Federation v ANPP (2003) 18 NWLR (Pt. 851) 182, by holding that the office of the Attorney General is a body corporate with perpetual succession, and continues to function, irrespective of whether there is a sitting AG or not. The federal High court can also not have a binding precedent on the code of conduct tribunal and his frivolous motions are mostly ballons being fired as cannonballs and only a very biased Appeal court will listen to his appeal or order a stay of execution based on a dispute he created with the aid of his lawyers brilliant! This is the premise saraki's lawyers based their arguments just to avoid justice. He lost woefully on this. |

Bevista: The looser has only filed an appeal which might not be heard till Monday. The IG should just obey the subsisting court order and get this criminal arrested already. He must spend the weekend behind bars.
This is one of the major problems with these nefarious lot... using stolen funds to hire expensive SANs to abuse court processes.
Just remember, even judges are now responding to the now famous Body Language. The New Nigeria has no place for ilks like you. I can't stop laughing |

aresa: Very well articulated.
Unfortunately, not all Nigerians are in that odious basket and I'm sure you know very well the folks ranting against the administration, the president and his anti corruption efforts.
I'm glad you referenced Tinubu and his court trial by the last administration and below was what the Tribunal judge said about Tinubu's conduct...
Even his kinfolks didn't cry or yell any kind of hunting, they let him handle his own business which he did on his own.
With clean hands, there's no reason why you shouldn't make yourself available to the courts to clear your name and go on with your business.
Our problem is criminals in power and lawless people making the same laws they don't and can not subscribe to.
Sadly, this man is the most powerful lawmaker in Nigeria.
What a shame.. Yoruba don't do this . They know what a good name is and always identify with it. I know our other brothers from the east would celebrate the Satan if he was their own. |

Some idiots are shouting "why now"? So why not now? Does crime has expiring date? 70 years after the 2nd world war Nazi criminals are still being persecuted for their crimes, so why should a crime committed few years ago be declared as expired because everything in Nigeria is political black and white? Haha!! those asinines won't answer the questions raised here. |
