The world watched thousands of upon thousands of kids slaughtered in Gaza. Friedrich Mertz and the EU didn't sanction Israel for what is an obvious genocide. A few SEE-EYE-HAY and Mossad backed rioters got killed in Iran and suddenly they're bringing out the sanction cards. Hypocrisy of the collective West knows no bound. It's beyond laughable at this point. |
Trump is the only American This is going to be a replica of Somalia, Libya, Afghanistan etc. If not worse. |
We all know this ain't no Abacha loot, but continue. |
The supreme head of NATO flexing muscles over another NATO member state Grab popcorns guys.. It's going to be an interesting year. |
Rituals for the gods is ok. Polluting the water with non biodegradable plastics is an absolute NO. That's death sentence for thousands of diverse species of the water world. Those plastics will travel the world away from the shores across the Atlantic. This is not how our ancestors did rituals. |
Ipisi:Russia can't allow a direct confrontational war with the US. You think US wants a confrontation with Russia? America and Europe is keeping Russia busy? With what? America is withdrawing from the war. They lost! Europe is no where to be found. BRICS is fundamentally an economic bloc. The drills are focused on maritime safety, anti-piracy cooperation, and protecting shipping lanes, not a military pact or alliance of any sort. You don't have to reply if reading and analysis isn't your forte. Now bounce. |
Westman001:Intellectually Iazy people like yourself are plenty on this forum and I can't educate yous enough. Trump "proposed". Keyword - PROPOSED. So, to you, the word "PROPOSED = ACCEPTANCE? Do basic research and find out the % of global GDP that BRICS nations controls against the % of GDP G7 nations control. BRICS is currently 40% and rising while G7 is 29% and falling. I didn't say it, the information is out there for everyone to access. So if you've been keeping up with recent updates and can do basic maths, where does the real power lies? Putin has already mentioned he is not interested in rejoining G7. Yes Russia is an integral BRICS member but BRICS today is bigger than Russia. The alliance is now made up of 10 full members or so, and counting. So since Russia is shadowing its oil ship with submarine, they should just launch an attack straight away because its oil ship (which was empty by the way) was captured? It’s not even Russia’s ship at all. Some entity likely put the ship under the Naval register and told it to escape to Russia. This gave the Russians an opportunity to set out a red line and told the American, “Under no circumstances would you attack our ship or any ship carrying the Russian flag.” The whole thing was used by the Russians to send a signal to the US “Look we understand you’re seizing tankers all over the place, but if a tanker is properly registered in Russia and flying the Russian flags, you must not seize it and if you do for whatever reason, Russians onboard must be released” And that’s exactly what the US has done. This is not Call Of Duty on PS5. You don't escalate at any slight provocation. Educate yourself on what warfare chess move is being played. America is in drastic decline and in huge debt and for once, other powers are standing up to the bully that America is. That's why we're having all these wars and unrests - Iran, Venezuela, Ukraine etc. That's what a declining empire does - they overstretch and escalate unprovoked. |
Wickedtruths:It didn’t take conventional war for Afghanistan and Vietnam to defeat the USA either. Did it? “Japan was beating China back to back?. I think “back to back” is doing some heavy lifting here. Japan defeated China in 1894 during the 1st Sino Japanese war. That’s over a whole century ago. The second Sino Japanese war in 1930s/1940 ended as part of WW2 which they actually didn’t defeat China. So which “back to back” defeat are we talking about here? China started rising since the late 1970s and has continued on an upward trajectory ever since then. China of 1970 is not even China of 2026. You’ve not been paying attention. So USA can also engineer earthquake? As in they can really control tectonic plates and trigger a fault rupture when they wish? And they can store and direct that level of energy underground? yet somehow still hasn’t figured out how to stop hurricanes from hitting Florida?. And you will boast you went to school and educated? My God! Please keep going. National Geographic might need new material for its sci-fi section. |
Floky215:If You think USA can face China alone in a conventional war, then I don't think you've been paying attention at all. |
Power moves! America is obviously feeling it and is very much aware that there are other Sheriiffs in town - Reasons why man's moving mad lately |
Onlinetutor7:Oh please go on, educate me on Oreshnik missiles interception that even NATO’s top engineers admit are virtually unstoppable. Maybe one has been intercepted in your backyard or you've seen a demonstration of how one was intercepted? I almost envy the sheer conviction it must take to state something so spectacularly wrong with so much confidence. Your ‘research’ clearly didn’t cover that tiny little detail, did it? At least if you don't know about something, you stay off it and learn. Online tutor? What exactly are you tutoring? Because missile defence clearly isn't. You're better off sticking to 'tutoring' primary 3 kids in the back alley of Akute. This topic is far above your pay grade. Sit down! |
teeteepeejay:Of course, that’s exactly what he is, by virtue of his office. Any American president will brand a head of state who stands in the way of U.S. interests as a dictator, terrorist, communist etc.. Yet the opposite is equally true: if a leader serves America’s strategic goals, their crimes are conveniently forgotten. Take Syrian President Ahmed Hussein al-Sharaa, for example. A man who once beheaded people and posed with their severed heads is now suited up, meeting with world leaders in Washington, Brussels etc. |
I was reading Kaja Kalla's post earlier today regarding Russia's Oreshnik strike. She essentially said EU should dig deeper into their air-defence stocks and deliver air defence systems to Ukraine. She is obviously clueless and doesn't know realise that there's currently no air defence system that can intercept the Oreshnik. I was wondering how EU deemed her the best candidate for EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. She's also the Vice President of the European Commission. My God she's so so du/mb. |
amaridigital:Well America will find out - It's going to be a major miscalculation and will spell the end of America as we know it. EU is completely isolated. They've found out the hard way because USA has coerced them to stop buying cheap Russia's gas. America will end up selling Venezuela's oil to the EU at maybe 4x the price. Now same America has abandoned them, unofficially withdrew from NATO, and also desperate to take Greenland which is a NATO member state. I've been saying it for a while that EU is a toothless chihuahua. They're so weak. They've now realised how weak and isolated they are and have recently been talking of opening dialogue with Moscow again. You never know maybe EU will join alliance with Moscow because realistically, Russia would make a better ally as a neighbour that they are, against EU's "ally" across the Atlantic (USA) but "realistically" and realpolitik are two different kettle of fish. Ideological differences will prohibits such alliance. I don't think any African country would be automatically obliged to join in WW3 but if it breaks out, it's going to be damaging for the continent if not for the whole world. Alluding to what you said about the destruction of the human race following a WW3 - one of Albert Einstein's popular quote says "I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones." |
At least I like Trump for one thing - What other Western head of states has been doing covertly for decades, Trump took the mask off and is just doing it in full spectacle of the world. Openly saying "We are Americans, we are great and the most powerful nation in the world because we pillage and steal from the rest of the world. If you have what we need, we are coming to take it and there's nothing you can do about it" Trump - The Pirate of the Caribbean. The Pirate of the world more like. |
The rate of Christian genocide in the United States is alarming and deeply concerning. Such occurrences should not be accommodated in a democratic society. Nigeria stands ready to offer any support the United States may require during this difficult time. In light of these developments, Nigerians are hereby urged to consult regular travel advisory updates and remain vigilant while planning any travel to and in the United States of Michigan Minnesota Kentucky Utah |
By the name of the Holy Spirit, I shall cast common sense and critical thinking out of you. Amen! Sometimes I wonder how my ancestors were colonised but this video is one out of many reasons why I stopped wondering. Someone with a smooth brain like the woman being flogged deserves to be colonised forever. It's a dog eat dog world - Get sense or be dominated by someone else who has sense. |
RealLordZeus:Venezuela is about drugs as much as Nigeria is about Christian genocide 🤷🏾 America doing the Lord's work, don't let no one tell you otherwise. |
Man did the best for his nation - he fiercely resisted the colonisers. I guess his downfall would be his theocratic rule, especially in a country with young population who would very much prefer secularity. Surprise surprise, group of protesters are shouting for the exiled Shah prince Reza Pahlavi who has lived in America for four decades, to assume the leadership of the country. The protest looks like it has the fingerprint of USA and Israel on it. |
UK was once an empire but now an America’s lapdog. Keir Starmer was stammering (no pun intended) when asked about his opinion on US’s aggression against Venezuela and kidnap of Maduro. The puppet couldn’t criticise Trump because he knows daddy will spank him for being a naughty boy. Now he’s complicit in committing international piracy. Europeans have always stole and pillaged long before they unfortunately met my ancestors. As they were then, they are now. They have not changed, they will not change. |
Hellisreal70:I'm not in a position to advise any "ticket holder", if by that you mean the Nigerian politicians or president. America has the balls of your president in his hands so why would Americans beg to come visit Nigeria when America president can pull the strings of your president by a single policy or a stroke of a pen or a couple phone calls? Sit tight, Trump is coming to save you all. Then American citizens will be "begging to come and visit Nigeria". In fact, Israel too has joined the Africa liberation movement. Nigeria will be USA on steroids by the time Trump and Netanyahu is done saving you all. |
Oh no. Including Nigerian Christians? |
RaptorX:Yes that's a very plausible assumption. Though oil is not the only strategic commodity that passes through the strait but oil is the most important and like you said, USA may want to use Venezuela's oil as an insurance to reduce Iran's leverage. What is equally important or perhaps the most important reason of the Venezuela invasion is America's realisation that Venezuela is aligned with BRICS. Venezuela is selling oil to Russia and China, transacting in currencies other than the dollar. With Venezuela having the largest crude reserve in the world and not trading in US$, that's a sure fire way to accelerate de-dollarisation and America sees that as an existential threat. So essentially it's a war against BRICS. It's also a war to keep the petrodollar system in place. |
2RightHands1Coc:Who are these your previous 2 colleagues? Who’s your employer? China certainly doesn’t have appetite for war. Zhikai Gao has repeatedly said that “China will not fire the first shot, but China will not let you fire the second shot”. It’s in their doctrine. It’s America that has been and still fighting needless wars. But when it’s time for China to take Taiwan, maybe later this year or next year, USA CANNOT risk stopping them militarily because that will be a historic FAFO moment for America. That’s beside the fact that America recognises Taiwan as part of China. (One China Policy). You really think Iran will be “flogged like a little girl”? Look, I restrained hard to point out your shortsightedness in previous reply but I’ll lay it bare here because you’ve demonstrated your understanding of the possible USA-Iran confrontation as a face-off synonymous to a boxing fight where Anthony Joshua - Jake Paul fights it out and the strongest beat the weakest and a winner is declared. That’s laughably simplistic. Yes, Iran doesn’t match the USA in sheer military strength, but it’s far from weak and can inflict real problems on America. Take the Houthis in Yemen: Trump himself said last May they’re “tough and brave fighters.” What happened? America eventually reached an agreement with the Houthis because it couldn’t defeat them. Fun fact: the US recently captured an Iranian Shahed drone and reverse-engineered it. Why is America reverse-engineering Iran's drone? Iran has military capabilities it hasn’t even shown, and both the US and Israel know it. But in your mind, the US can just launch missiles from F-35 or submarines and that’s “Iran flogged like a little girl.” Hilarious. If you'd like to know, the US cannot defeat Iran without a full ground invasion and that invasion will NEVER happen. Then there’s the economic side, which so many ignorantly dismiss. Iran controls part of the Strait of Hormuz. Shut it down, and global trade collapses. Stock markets in the US and Europe would tank. Average Americans would feel it firsthand. But you cheerlead because, in your mind, that’s “soft work” because America’s the global strongman, right? Forgetting or ignorant about the fact that economic warfare is real, and China knows very well how to fight it. Does China want to fight economic war? no but the US started it and the Chinese are grandmaster at fighting economic war. Yes, America projects military power around the globe today. But if you think critically, you’d ask: with the erosion of dollar dominance accelerating, how will the US fund this military power projection over time? Say, in the next 10 years and beyond. USA has already discussed reduction of their military presence in Europe, that is already happening. NATO is dying a slow death. Overtime, US will reduce presence everywhere else when the military budget can't stretch far anymore. History has already been here. Empires rise, they get too big for their boot, they overextend, and they fall. Did you say America learnt from the mistakes of past empires? |
2RightHands1Coc:Both world wars were not the sole cause of the collapse of the British empire. Yes World war 1 and 2 were the final nail in the coffin but Britain already faced huge challenges even before the First World War, Britain fought rising powers (Japan, USA, and Germany) before the 1st world war and they faced domestic economic issues which makes it very expensive to manage the empire. That's partly how and why Nigeria and other colonies gained independence. US may bite more than it can chew if it doesn't approach Iran with caution. Iran is not Iraq. Already they can't bully China anymore. Russia as well is standing up to US and holding its ground. Which country has the capacity to fill the vacuum? Why do you think China repatriated its gold reserves from USA? Other counties such as Germany, Austria, Venezuela, Belgium and Netherlands have followed suit. Though that doesn't mean much but in the grand scheme of things, it signals distrust. If the USA loses its hegemonic status, no single country needs to fill the vacuum. The world has changed, the vacuum can be filled by multiple rising powers or bloc. USA will reign for more than a thousand years? What are you smoking bro? crack? The fall of America is in nobody's interest but the decline is real and visible. Best way forward is for USA to recognise that that other powers are in town. But USA's arrogance goes beyond recognising another world power. It wants to remain and maintain the ONLY world power which is not possible anymore. America's attempt towards that pursuit will be the end of the country as we know it and will be studied in history books. Well, if the world survives it because chances are that the war may go nuclear. |
2RightHands1Coc:I don't make predictions, I recognise patterns and these patterns playing out nowadays are too coincidental to ignore. Just before the British empire finally fell, they fought wars to maintain dominance. Yes they won the war militarily but they lost economic dominance that they once had over the world and Britain peacefully transitioned to America's junior partner. Just before the Roman Empire fell, they fought wars to maintain Rome's status as the dominant global power. What later happened? Rome collapsed due to economic strain, administrative, demographic decline, political instability and military fatigue. Just before the Spanish empire fell, they also fought wars to maintain hegemonic status which drained their resources, manpower, and finances. All these, out of other signs, are happening in America. That's why I said America is cornered. A cornered power lashes out indiscriminately - That is currently happening, USA is threatening both friends and foes (Europe, Venezuela, Iran, Cuba, Mexico etc) A cornered power loses monetary credibility - BRICS is challenging dollar dominance, USA is in 38 Trillion dollars in debt. A cornered power faces alliance collapse - Currently as I type this, Europe is on its way to Death Valley. Canada doesn't see itself as USA's ally anymore. Japan will most likely jump ship eventually. Other allies in the Indo Pacific wouldn't even think twice about jumping ship. Bottom line is - America is facing an inevitable collapse. It will be a gradual fall rather than a sudden collapse and that collapse is already in motion towards south. |
josielewa:Your assertions are exactly why I said USA is cornered. Other world powers are rising such as China and India out of a few others, challenging America’s greatest weapon - THE DOLLAR, through de-dollarisation, courtesy of BRICS. The decline of the dollar means decline of America’s world power also through the petrodollar system because oil sales are priced and settled in US dollar but that is changing and America is feeling it. That’s why we have the proxy war in Ukraine, to strategically defeat Russia which is one of world’s biggest oil producer. That’s why we have the proxy state of Israel keeping Iran contained because Iran is also a big player. That’s why we had the banditry in Venezuela couple of days ago because Venezuela has the world’s largest deposit of heavy crude oil and the country is aligned with BRICS. That’s partly why Nigerian christians caught Trump’s eye because Nigeria also is a BRICS partner country. |
Goo0dHardDick:Restoring sanity? Man is out there restoring colonialism. The CIA are the largest drug trafficking cartel in the US but we have someone here thinking all these mafia adventures is about "drugs". Some people should really not be having a say in geopolitics. |
USA is cornered and these are all the signs of a cornered, declining world power. We are essentially going back to full scale colonialism. Trump committed banditry in Venezuela, he can do the same in Columbia, Cuba and Mexico but how that will play out is a different kettle of fish. With Iran, the attack can be expected in a couple of weeks, if not days. Iran will not sit tight and take it. Besides military response, Iran will close the strait of hormuz, sending world trade into turmoil. There’s great possibility that he will take Greenland, Europeans will scream for a while but there’s nothing they can do about it. Trump will kill two birds with one stone in this case. Taking Greenland will mean the end of NATO. He wants to get rid of NATO anyway - Good riddance. America is tripping itself up and this will not end well. |
Morally right? Moral and (geo)politics in the same sentence?. Kemi should take several seat. She wants to be Margaret Thatcher so bad but she isn't. |
The Neo-con globalists wanted mass migration, they got mass migration. They've poked the bear in Russia and the indigenous Europeans are refusing to fight EU-Russia war on behalf of the Neo-Cons. They couldn't hold a solid stance on America's illegal invasion of Venezuela. EU is getting closer and closer to its demise - No power or influence on the global stage and a strong domestic dissent brewing back at home across Europe against their prime ministers and presidents. Interesting times ahead |
