even the ones that are covered are still filled with refuse, so the problem is not design but the mindset of the people, (their is no reason for someone to dump refuse into any drain)they should be educated on the effects of such acts, penalized when caught and the waste management authority should be up and doing.

Thank God the man is even an engineer of high repute and with vast knowledge of the sector he has been appointed to, so lets give him time.
He is not coming there to carry tester, pliers, work with generating sets, circuit breakers, transformers and so on, he is coming to implement and enforce policies that will bring about a better energy sector.

just go through threads on the sports section and see lot of strikers and midfielders(both capped and uncapped for Nigeria) being celebrated or mentioned for one thing or the other.
Even if they are not scoring goals, i believe there are defenders who are doing well and need to be recognized or given a call up

the truth of the matter is fergie got it wrong, i always expected us to use the formation that we used but i did not expect to see carrick and giggs start together, that was the mistake i believe. the strategy last night was to apply pressure from the flanks and creativity from the middle but i believe that the pressure should have come from the middle and the creativity from the flanks as is our regular style. even an off form fletcher or anderson would have done a better job for us in terms of applying pressure centrally. carrick was really poor in terms of positionally protecting the defence plus he is so easy to dribble and a big time bottler when the going gets tough.

I don;t think Fergie got it wrong, its just a case of simply the better team won, presently barca's level is way ahead of any other team. Just imagine Nigeria going to war with U.S or NATO

what is responsible and who are the upcoming ones that we can look forward to
