Pulmonary Embolism Causes

Several risk factors can make a person more likely to develop a blood clot that can eventually break loose and travel to the lung. Virchow's triad explains the reasons why clots form. This triad includes 1) immobilization (which reduces flow), 2) damaged vessel wall (which forms a location for clot to start, and 3) Hypercoagulable state (which makes it easier for blood to clot.

Immobilization: A stroke, broken bone, or spinal cord injury can result in confinement to bed so that clot formation can occur in either the arms or legs.
Travel: Prolonged travel, such as sitting in an airplane or a long car trip, allows the blood to sit in the legs and increases the risk of clot formation.
Recent surgery (includes hypercoagulable state due to surgical damage and the body trying to repair itself. It is also often associated with immobility and sometimes vessel damage depending on the surgery)
Trauma or injury (especially to the legs)
Obesity
Heart disease (such as an irregular heartbeat)
Burns
Previous history of blood clot in the legs (DVTs) or pulmonary embolism
Conditions that increase clotting of the blood

Pregnancy
Cancer
Estrogen therapy and oral contraceptives
Certain protein and enzyme deficiencies

Play it cool with the boss, same time look for another job and if conditions are right move on.

Never leave current work without securing another ( In writing ). Its a good thing to move jobs and a nice way to get a decent payrise margin. Just ensure you are not moving jobs every 6 months as that wont be a good look  grin

She doesn’t see a problem and she’s invite two of her Ex’s which she still
Has in her circle of friends to her wedding.

I don’t share her view shocked, but would like to know from my NL people what they think.

Thanks.

@MAYOWAAK

I was in church when he said those things and I see the point of One Nigeria but personally.

Since we are not great at management I would prefer a split.

Remember that song he sang "Obasanjo - Ni wa la ra ohh baba" lol

++MW example hence 300mw reference, posted so people have an idea of our 11 MW coverage++

Robert Henry said on March 8th, 2009 at 4:38 pm

Every river flowing out into the ocean could be a source of cheap energy!!!

But then I looked at your number, 300 megawatts.

Hopefully you mean that the causeway can generate 300 MW an hour. That’s the way the figures are usually used. And another thing the energy could be as regular as coal.

The thing I need is to tell me what does 300 Megawatts mean?

In Austin. Texas the average household burns approximately 10 MW a year.

So let’s do the math. 24 hours X 365 days X 300 MW
= 2,628,000 Megawatts!!!

At 10 MW per household that’s 262,800 households.

All I’m saying is that 300 Megawatts don’t mean anything to most people, I’ve asked people. And these are green people!

But when I say 300 MW, it means enough energy to provide electricity for a quarter of a million homes for a year. then that has meaning.

Great~

The real criminals in my experience are corrupt police officers.
Like the ones at Dopemu after the bridge that stay beside Jonas Petrol
station (Dopemu).

Trying their hardest to find fault then demanding money, complete CRIMINALS,

I hope the police force sort internal criminals and do adhoc checks  on the so called
check points especially that {Jonas Petrol
station (Dopemu)} one. Saying that Gov and his team are doing a great job
Autos / Papers Needed For Driving In Nigeria by cashii25: 2:34pm On Oct 12, 2009
Hi All,

I have a jeep coming in and its tinted.

I would like to know all the papers needed to drive legally in Lagos.
I've been seeing so many versions of what is needed would like
a numbered listed. OK basics (Driver’s licence, Insurance, Vehicle license) but anymore e.g. Tint permit is that needed for factory fitted or M.O.T??

Need to know all need to not get disturbed by Po po

Also if bringing in a 2000 jeep is it worth doing Comprehensive or
due to age better of with just a 3rd party policy and if you have an
idea of costs involved for a year's cover.

Many many thanks ohhh
