India is larger than Nigeria, so? Compare again with india Richtaiwo: Russia and Saudi Arabia are far wealthier than Nigeria, yet Nigeria’s population is nearly double that of Russia and more than triple that of Saudi Arabia.
To compare the minimum wage of Russia or Saudi Arabia with that of Nigeria is as senseless as placing the household of Dangote side by side with that of an overburdened vulcaniser struggling to provide for two wives and eleven children. That is foolishness. |

These silly purported men of god and their stupidity. True wealth is measured by how many people smile blah blah blah.... But true wealth is just making people smile. Foooooools |

marlow1962: Don't train another man's child through school, let her parents do that. Even if you must do that ( due to how stupid you are in love with her) always put something you can afford to lose. Even if you must do too, wife her up first before pouring your money. Training someone you are not married to in school is an investment of absolute no return. Have always frown at the stand of hearing "make I train am for school, later I go marry her", my brother premium tears loading. Fools will always cry. Most guys who do this are uneducated themselves and that's where the stupidity lies. These people don't understand the level of exposure alone one gets from being in the university walls for four years plus. |

saintopus: I think monthly payments for rent should be the norm. In the early 80s and 90s it used to be monthly I don't know how greed eventually took over and we started the annual payments for house rent Monthly payment will be the worst. For a yearly rent, you might be down for several months and get your rent just a month or two before it expires. |

Lol 😂. Is owning a bike proof of having money? I drive a car and almost about moving into my own duplex with spaces for rent. Gen repairs is just not the dream I wanted for myself. I did it then because I lived with my brother and that's his craft. Gen repairs gives you just enough to be comfortable in an average neighborhood. Love800: But generators repairers get money na. The one in my hood even has a bike he uses to and fro during work if need be. |

Just fuel guage. It's not from carburettor but from the fuel tank. It fell off. It can be replaced, but does nothing to the gen if not replaced other than you can't check your fuel guage unless you open the tank cover. NB: I was a gem mechanic for three years and three months before I got admission into the university and dumped it for architecture. |

Now check the difference in house rent compared to Nigeria and see for yourself that that difference is enough to offset whatever differences in those petty commodities that appears cheaper in Nigeria |

Listen to me everything is not politics. We have never had it this bad with the surging prices of commodities since I was born. Things used to increases over time, but not as bad as it is now.In the late nineties when my parents were building, cement was around 600. As of 2016,that's like almost after 20 years, cement rose to 2400. Cement was around 4500 just three years ago, today, it is 12k in just three years. Rice nko, fuel nko, etc helinues: Are some of you people still living in the past?
Are the price of goods and services across the globe also remain the same
This is not how to play politics. You people are too petty |

YoobaNesan: I bet you don't know what you're saying, reverse is the case here. Ok I won't try to generalize here. But as much as south east is concerned, es350 is currently the most popular around. The ratio to 2015 corolla is like 500-1. While in the north, honda accord is still more popular than corolla. |

What I'm asking is this. But why are the prices of commodities not falling in tandem with the dollar. December, two years ago, dollar was over 1700, cement was sold at 7k plus. Today dollar dey 1300 plus, yet cement as at today is 11200. And just around December it was sold for 9600 even when dollar was around 1460 or so at the time. Bought 47k per coil same December at 1460 exchange and today same wire is 59k with exchange rate dropping massively.
This is same with other commodities mind you. |

But then again, who no get head no get head. If you like, buy a Gucci cap or hat for him,no level. The tendency of him losing that entire money to bad investment is very low. Worse case scenario, you cut your losses and keep moving with what is left. But you see gambling, you can lose all that money same day you they entered your bank account. Say no to gambling. I join my guy gamble, na so I lose 1m in less than 3 hours. Never again. |
