I bath immediately I wake up before I start my day and on how I leave my house, I must bath again. Also, Unless there's light all through the day and the AC is on all through, I will still bath again before I sleep even if I didn't step outside for the day.

Every sensible person already knows this whole bullshit is just a plot and one of their divide and rule schemes.
Somehow, the edos stood against their jagaban and were the major supporters of Peter Obi during the last election and that is a threat to them. Now, out of nowhere, without any previously recorded discord between the igbos and the edos, a random igbo blood just threw insults at the Oba unprovoked.

I'm a farmer. As I write, I am in a farm settlement where I reside fully since last year. I am critiquing as a stake holder not an outsider. Farmers these days want to take advantage of buyers which was never the case in the days of our fore fathers.
how much is that small NPK now as compared to last year. How much is the labour cost presently. How much do other commodities sell. How much will the yam farmer buy a bag of rice or carton of spaghetti or tomatoes or onions and others in order to also feed his family comfortably from his yam sales......Abi you wan make the yam farmer sell so cheap and then can't afford to plant again because his sales couldn't even afford him food to eat let alone going back to farm.

That's some bone chilling story. Lord have mercy.
If it didn't happen to someone I know, I wouldn't have believed. The family spent over a million naira with the intervention of our village king and some other prominent persons around to recover his body from the police for burial.
Crime / Re: Neutralized Kidnapper's In Oyo State by Cashio(m): 11:55am On Jul 21
October 2021, police on mufti came to my village, went to one welder's shop, took him without any explanation. While they were about driving out, one of our brother's approaching and passing on a bike alighted and knocked on their vehicle windscreen to inquire what was going and and guess what, the driver of the car alighted, collect a gun from one of the police officers at the back of the car, shot my village brother point blank in the head, entered their car, and drove off. After driving a few minutes, they reversed back to to the scene, picked the dead body and drove off again.
Few days later, what we read on the news was that police officers on intelligence information stormed the hideout of unknown gunmen and there was an exchange of gun battle which led to the death of one of the suspects l, while others escaped to the nearby bushes with various degrees of bullet wounds. These police me tied a red cloth around this guy's waist, dropped a machete and a local one round gun on his dead body and tagged him unknown gunmen.....
That was how we lost chigozie a graduate.

Ever since that incident, I stopped believing the stories of Nigerian police force. May Nigerian police not happen to anyone innocent.

No matter the strength of bamboo, it remains biodegradable (if you understand what that means). Deterioration and failure of biodegradable materials is not question of "if" but "when" it will eventually fail. Bamboo strength can be reliable for temporary strength reliance.
And you had to use "if you understand what that means" to drive in your supposed superior intelligence or what?

Hmmm... Sometimes ago, I read a man using bamboo to replace steel rods while flooring a upstairs... My God save us🙏
that particular building will never fail....you don't know the strength of bamboo. You don't know why they use bamboo sticks to support suspended floor slabs(decking) during construction.

2. Raising of the DPC(German floor), compound level and concrete flooring the compound to ease drainage and prevent water from rising into the building during heavy rainfalls.
3. Introduction of glazed windows, iron doors, POP ceilings, changing to conduit electrical system, introduction of concrete fascia and use of stone coated roofing sheets.
4. Raising the roof pitch to increase rain water drop off and hence eradicate cases of roof leakages.

Wealth doesn't come overnight. The problem with most youths these days is that they want to invest in a business today and become a millionaire in a couple of days, without possessing the creativity to make wealth. It doesn't work that way.

If you meet most wealthy people in Nigeria today (dangote inclusive) they would tell you that consistency and dedication is what catapulted them to the position they're today. They laboured consistently for years nurturing their business until it grew beyond their expectation.

Let me give you an example...if you want to open a restaurant business, you must think big. After opening it, you can choose to offer delivery services by creating an app where people can easily download your app and order for food from their offices...that's creativity.

You can expand and open more branches in cooperate environment, you can cover more states outside your starting point state. How do you think Mr Biggs, Chicken republic and the likes started?

Whatever business you choose to venture into, if you want to be successful in it, you must stand out from the majority.
And your dangote, they told you he is not stealing?

Shut the F up bro.

The land I bought for 10,000 USD 7 million last year is still valued at 7 million today.

If I had kept my dollars I would have 15 million naira today.
Don't despair bro. Land investments are usually not budgeted on intervals of 1, 2, or 3. You should be asking, what happens in 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, etc.
You bought that land, you're not feeding it or running around daily to see it grow. Just chill. The most important thing is that you've invested the money and one sure thing is that it will appreciate.
That land you see could skyrocket instantly from 7m to 15m before you say jack.

All this japa syndrome self...#5M is enough to build a business in Nigeria and you won't be poor again if you manage it well...if actually you worked for the #5M yourself then I see no reason why you can't make it in Nigeria...

You can buy 2 Nigerian used cars around #2M each...stock house with food of at least 2 months....hire someone as a driver for bolt and you can drive the other one and save ur profit on a daily basis...be dedicated and determined...in 6 months...you should have a testimony
Talk is cheap....you say it as though it is that easy. How much you wan dey make for bolt on a daily. What of car maintenance and fuelling. And na Naina used car oo....even cheap Corolla sef don pass 3m.
What about the hazards of accidents and theft, what of the case of drivers not remitting as agreed.
What about the bad days.
