You see how on this thread, the only person that married an Igbo woman says he will gladly go back and pay bride price again while the other persons are simply hating from what their father told them and what they heard and blah blah blah. That's what bad stereotype can cause. |
You mean same strategy APC used to crucify Jonathan? Or it turned bad because your daddy is at the receiving end now? Tinubu himself called out good luck Jonathan to resign. So what's the big issue with calling him out for even a more colossal failure. |
SmartMaster001:what makes her good woman. Person like me go block her immediately she keaves |
Abia state don turn to child's play wey d dey use for content. You go dey Bleep pastor dey follow do arrangee miracle but you dey shout na aha jesus. This iddiot is mentally unstable |
Hello brother. I have a space in my house. It is a duplex of twin 2 bedrooms but it hasn't been finished. Just roofed and plastered with windows. No does yet. I have a space of 3m by 20m in the compound and I intend to use it for fishery. How feasible is this and what do I need to do via the budgeting. Also can I use the rooms as part of the farming? I also intend to get the smoking machine LordBiden: |
He is a tribal bigot for saying the simple truth? Most of you fools voted this calamity and still supports it and we are all suffering the consequences but your problem is psquare ? Shey na psquare cause now make cooking gas climb reach 2k and ordinary kerosene now 4k? Shey na psquare make families nor dey fit eat twice daily again? Shey na him carry fuel go 1400 per litre now? Na him make a bag of cement reach 13k from 4500 just two years ago? PulaPower: |
Bro, I have two ACs in two rooms plus a standing AC in my parlor plus a fridge and a freezer. Before 2024, these appliances used to run almost 24/7 and it costs me around 3k every five days. Baba, as at today, If I run those appliances like I used to, it costs me 5k daily. Right now, my parlor AC got spoilt and I was even happy it did so I'll save cost from there. The second AC I have disconnected that one since. My bedroom AC, na off and on I dey do am now. Money wey I dey use sub light alone is more than my annual rent. Since this year, na only once I don sub DStv. Next will be during world cup. 17k to fill 12.5kg gas. Before 2024, I used to cook soup and stew with 15k-20k weekly. Right now, na 50k weekly and we still have to squeeze the portioning and the volume of water to ensure it lasts one full week. Like, bro, I am practically living like a pauper right now. Person wey dey go eatery tow or three times weekly before go chop varieties even as food dey house. Now like this, I dey even dodge to komot with my wife make she nor go see wetin she wan buy. My head dey pain me bro. |
Election is by the corner |
This was not the team that won the title last term. Nunez, Diaz, Arnold, Elliot, no useless wittz and isak. SyrusdeHansome: |
That's your business and you have the right to run it how you like. That doesn't mean you're the standard for others. Fuel was 680 or so late last year. This year, it is 1400 as at what I bought today. One booked egg is 250 naira. Transport that was initially 200 per drop is 400 this year. And then you're worried about a landlord increasing his house rent to accommodate for the bad system? Shey nor be from the house him go take get money to pay for all these increment is commodities? Cement was 9300 in December. It is 12500 today. If landlord increased his rent in December and increased it again today, you'll blame your bad government and not your landlord. All he owes you is to give you the legal time frame to either pay or pack out. ajalawole: |
helinues:in Nigeria today, a teacher can never afford a corolla even if they work for 100 years. Direct Belgium corolla, 7m. Teachers average annual pay, 1m House rent, 400k. Personal expenses, at least 40k monthly with frugality, that's 480k. Savings, 120k. Unforseen circumstances, at least 300k annually. You must owe at the end of the year. If you nor owe rent, you go owe the grocery store where you buy things or you must owe a friend or relative or loan app. |
Nigeria is evil. Not landlords. I bet, what you charge for your services last year is not what you charge today. What you bought goods in December is not what you are buying now. Houses for rent are people's businesses too and they have the right to increase it how often they like. So far they give you the legally required notice period to either pay or pack out. ajalawole: |
stan4b:And that course will almost be as useless and she would be better off without it. For someone who has very little support, learn a skill first before entering into any higher institution, else you go suffer. Also, for someone with little support, study hard to get a reasonable course at least. One year learning a skill and doing better next year is better than going in to waste four five years and graduating eventually to come back to learn the same skill. For your information, over 80% of Nigerian graduates eventually go back to learning a skill after school. So if you learn the skill before furthering your academics, you have an edge because you have a means to sustain through school and at the same time, you have something to fall back to immediately after school which might end up being your business for life in case you didn't get a job and the probability of getting a job in Nigeria after school for a nobody is probably less than 20%. |
I said earlier and it remains same. If you know what life is after school, even worse for a poly graduate, you'll advise her to go learn a skill first and study later. Her jamb score is very low. She can't gain any admission into the university with that, especially for someone with no one. Instead of wasting almost six years in the poly with grade, make she learn skill and resit next year. Ask 100 poly students, 98 will swear none of their kids will attend poly. You too seems to need the advise more than the jambite stan4b: |
You sound 13. If you know the reality of life after school, you'll advice everyone to get a skill first and study later. stan4b: |
Marry someone you're on the same intelligence level with. |
But the real terrorists when caught are rehabilitated and pampered and spoon-fed |
So why is this a different case to you helinues: |
Should we say same for goodluck Jonathan's tenure? helinues: |
I dey pay 750k, I dey use light 80k monthly. That's 960k annually. Na solar hold me now to move into my house. I nor wan stress nepa anything for my house |
Triangles1:Do you lack comprehension or what. The post simply said Anambra man, not Anambra men. It clearly pointed to one man and the story gave the information of the man. |
Would it have been better! Time will tell |
I was checking to see their usual line of bringing the perpetrators to book. Seems reality is gradually setting in. Our leaders are incompetent |
