What and what are you doing to induce labor naturally?

My sister I hv been Walking 45mins every evening, but had to stop ysterde cus is making d leg swelln worst nd painful. I hv drank sobo tire, warm water, hot bath, spicey food. No kpekusing cus oga no dey town sha. Really dnt knw wat else to do cus I hv not felt evn smal contraction. Last scan showed head not fully engaged yet, nd my bump still feels high.

Hello everyone, i hope i'm not derailing. I got a major scare today o. Was lying down peacefully when i felt this rush of blood and before i got to the bathroom, i already stained myself. Bright red blood was flowing down my legs. It was so so scary. Dh was at work, no one at home. Had to walk slowly to the hospital since its closeby and i was given progesterone starter shot immediately. Doc told me to do a scan and he said there was a ruptured cyst or sth. I nor remember the many grammer again.
I've been placed on bed rest for one week. But i'm just wondering if there is anything i could have done to cause the bleeding. I have been resting o. Not stressing myself. Anyone had similar experience? Make una torchlight my matter small abeg. I really don't want to spoil the mood but I'm worried

@ opejibola01 I think I knw how u feel, I am roughly jst a week earlier than you and the only thing I have felt so far is jst cluster headache which started ysterde (nd it's sumtin I suffer from even b4 d Belle come). I have to keep reassuring myslf with my lab blood result test, Infact ehnn I still test at home when I get too scared . As I have been told, jst be grateful dear and tkia of urslf, except u r pretty sure u feel something is not okay then see your Doc., but if it's jst absence of symptom....jst try nd relax.
