The most common reason for the non-arrival of your Payoneer MasterCard Card is, wrong address, wrong postal code or wrong address format. There are many countries with address systems that leave much to be desired. The first Payoneer Card I ordered never arrived. Five days beyond the estimated date of arrival, my worry led me to contact Payoneer customer support. Keep on reading, to get the best method of contacting them for optimal responsiveness. If your Payoneer Card is missing on transit or delivered to a wrong address, there’s no need for you to start opening a new account. Just contact their customer support team. You could either call them up, send them an email after loging into your account or lastly and most definitely not the least, chat with a customer care staff via their online chat room. The last option is definitely the best of the three. Just go to their customer support page, you’ll be required to login (if you’re not already), click on the Chat option and experience the best service. No matter what problem you may be having with your Payoneer account, Card shipment or usage, you’ll get a real-time solution. The email option takes days to get a response. Those who use the call option have made one complaint or the other. Back to my story. I contacted Payoneer support via chat and the man that answered me was very helpful. I told him my card was well over- due for arrival and he apologized and immediately told me he will re-order it (your Payoneer account remains intact – You’re only getting a replacement mastercard at no cost). IMPORTANT: What I did differently was, I told him I would prefer to use the P.O Box method of delivery instead of the home address / postal code method (explaining to him that the address system in my country is a mess). “OK”, he says and began asking for some of my account details. Keep your documents close. You’ll be asked for things like your National ID number, phone number attached to your Payoneer account, or your Drivers License number (if those where the documents you used when you first applied). Get the point? If you used your travel passport as identification document, keep it close… TIP: You don’t have to own a P.O Box. I used my father’s P.O Box to receive my package. Find someone to give you their P.O Box number, the city where it is located, and the country. Those are the three things Brad (the customer support guy) asked me to provide. Use your personal details (name, etc) as the recipient of the package. Remember, the P.O Box method is better because, you may have the components of the home address method correctly, but end up arranging them wrongly and never getting your card delivered to you. If however you are head-strong, and want to use the home address / postal code method, here’s the format I see people using. I have not tried it personally though... Affiliate marketing is the best thing to happen to the computer age since the internet was created. There are many programs and businesses that open their doors to partnerships where virtually anyone interested in advertising their products/services in return for a percentage commission can join. Examples are : Amazon affiliate program (they accept Nigerians now), Konga affiliate program, Jumia affiliate program and Kaymu affiliate program. The last three are all Nigerian-based companies. It is quite unfortunate that the Unemployment rate today, is so high. Don’t beat yourself up. Millions of people around the world make their living solely on the internet (legitimately); and affiliate marketing is one of the main ways they do this. Konga, in addition to some of the aforementioned programs have silently been making millionaires out of Nigerians. Examples are Linda Ikeji, Paschal Okafor and a host of others. Just put in the effort and start earning today.
