US fast food giants McDonalds, has been posting signs on their walls in their branches across the Arab world pledging support for the people of Gaza, while in Israel, the same McDonalds is pledging support for Israel, and even offering free meals to Israel soldiers!

The Shanga people of Kebbi state and the Berom people and others like the Mwaghavul in Plateau state, all have names like Nanching, Nanfwang, Yen, Ching, Nantong, Nankin, Gwom, etc.

Niger bans natural gas exports to Nigeria in order to punish Nigeria for missing payments on its debts.
This is a big deal, as it will have a huge impact on the economy

If they are doing this, it also means they will block the 25 billion dollar gas pipeline Nigeria is building to reach Europe through Niger, Algeria etc.

I think Tinubu may just revive those war plans..

Lagos is not a real city. These are the attributes of a cosmopolitan area.

1. Constant electricity
2. Pipe borne water
3. Good public schools
4. Excellent road network
5. Emergency services like 911, ambulance, fire services, first responders etc
6. Good public health system
7. Credit facilities
8. Credible elections.

Lagos does not have these in the standard consistent with what a large economy should adequately have

If those criteria you listed are what qualify a place to be called a city, then 90% OF CITIES ON earth are not cities.

Even Dubai and Beijing are not cities, since they hold no ''credible elections''.

New Delhi, Nairobi, and Johannesburg are not cities, since they do not have ''constant electricity''.

Fact is most countries on Earth are developing countries, and their cities often reflect that.
