However, both waec and jamb syllabus has been watered down seriously and the questions are getting easier and simpler by the day. For example, if you check the jamb mathematics syllabus after 2004, they have removed application of differentiation and integration, also adjoint and inverse of a 3x3 matrix was also deleted. Same for physics, chemistry and other subjects.

It is highly disheartening that the guy had to kill himself because of the stupid supervisor. Honestly Nigeria is looking like a zoo. In sane climes, the VC of the school would have gathered all the papers that fool has published and run it on turnitin and see if he hasnt plagiarized in his career. And if found culpable, he should be made to face firing squad.

I know how it feels when students submit plagiarized work. However, this is just a BSc project not Masters or Mphil. What the lecturer ought to have done is try to teach and guide the guy on dissertation writing. He could even give him a copy of a project to use as a guide. I hope the lecturer face the consequence of what he has done.

Also, a note of warning for students. Projects are meant to be corrected and rewritten. Even if your supervisor cancelled everything you have written, just smile and see it as a positive review and move to do it the way he wants it.

I can be a scholar specializing in Fiqh and Akhlaq, and if anyone approaches me for issues of aqeedah, I can refer them to scholars of such. It does not mean I do not have the right aqeedah myself. Ustadh sarumi case is different because he went to Sudan to learn, where he studied pristine Islam and not suffiya that he was brought upon.

Mufti menk, after concluding studies in Medina university, he went to deobandi school of thought in India for further studies which he exhibited their traits, for example, deobandi believes that ALLāh is not upon the arsh as believed by many Muslims, so whenever mufti menk is giving tafseer of the Quran, whenever he reaches that verse, he skips it and go to the next verse, only those who listens well will understand this.ayn He was giving a tafseer of Suratu TaHa, when he reached verse 5,he skipped, same for every verse where's such appears. Give me a recording of any tafseer lecture where mufti menk gives an explanation to such verse.

Talking about aqeeda is fard ayn, aqeeda matters most, if ur aqeedatu tawheed isn't sound enough it's a problem. The prophet spent 13 years in makkah preaching about tawheed only, why? what is the use of your solat, siyam, hajj, Zakariya without strong tawheed, that is the basis of Islam.

Unfortunately, people just say lailaha ila ALLāh without knowing the meaning, no Muslim will tell you that ALLāh is two or three or three in one, but yet, their it won't reflect in their actions and sayings. this is why aqeeda is of paramount importance.

A brother lost his job in Citibank US and is facing charges because he fail to declare income from cars he exported to Nigeria for sales. I have another friend in Aussie who had to pay tax arrears after earning from abroad for a long time without declaring to the tax authorities.

Why do we think with our feet in this country. That's is why politicians can twerk us as they like because they understand the level of dumbness among us. I think it is high time we tried to always cross check issues, policies and ideas of others before forming an opinion.

As a politician who have not come into power as an independent candidate, then you must respect the structure and party that brought you into office.
