when you post with ajax, then you should refresh comments with ajax too, and to avoid comment appearing in other people's post except the one you are commenting on, create table for comments, then create a colomn specifying the post id in the comment's table, now when inserting your comment insert post's id too, and when fetching comments fetch with the post's id

Please i need help/ideas on how to handle my boss and Job!

I have been working With him for the past 5-6 months now. Whenever its month end he acts funny (looking for faults, though he has not seen any) he pays me every 13 of each month (He pays 10-14 days after 13) Which has not been a problem.

Recently he said i have not been useful to his company. His company is going down because of me. Now he doesnt want to pay me off or pay me. My people i have prayed and fasted for an improvement, yet nothing. U know why? the services we are into, he is not good at it (people are complaining). Our price is twice higher than others around us. He is not always around. Lastly , He is very rude to clients . The worst of it all, he doesnt want to change rather he thinks am not working hard.

Now my fears, i dont want to stay idle at home( even though my duties are not useful to my career) secondly, He has not givne me my appointment letter.

Pls advice me on what to do. I have lost my peace of mind. i feel less of myself.

Before i forget, The post was for Computer operator but i saw another duty when i came in.

Please don't be a troll. Whether they copy codes or not, they'll have to tailor it to this problem. And the organizer can create a check for that by requiring an in-depth explanation of the logics used.
Whatever be the case, the competitors will learn something (new or not), whether it be how the already existing, copied program works or the technicalities involved in creating one themselves.
Moreover, it's not about the money: it's the spirit that drives us.
I wish I could attempt this. I'm yet a beginner in web development but I'll grow fast and continuously.

I dont know why you may want to do that but I am not sure it is the right thing to do. If the modal launch is to confirm the click even, you can just implement it in such a way that the click POSTs the variables and the executes your php and if the query is successful, you echo the js that will launch the modal from php.
