Cdenc or whatever you call yourself. Who am i to threaten you? I cant do that.

Now point of correction i am not milking any flier, i give them accurate fares and results. I dont give out fares that arent true just for them to patronize me, i give them exactly whats on the GDs , that is if you know what GDs is.

Where you get your fares from is non of my business, even the almighty wakanow isnt selling for that price, the airline too isnt selling for that price. So Oga, did you fare fall from heaven??. lol.

You are such a character. As for the thread everyone as the right to comment where he/she wants. Sooooooo..... If it pisses you off seeing our comments why not carry your so called thread on your head or better still guide it with a gate. grin grin . You arent even happy we are making the thread a lively one.

Stay there and keep giving them inaccurate fares , i pray they don't fall victims. grin

Thank you CDENC....... Thanks for your time.

Lol
Thanks dear
Yes, I am cdenc and I really love that name
really wonder how any sane human would be angry at a name you choose to be called. I know it can be tough being you, but plz manage oh? I understand, sorry oh!

You're welcome to comment, anytime.
Really like you though, very energetic to fight for nothing, is this really the best you can do? The funniest is I barely gave a quote when I see yours particularly as its very close to mine but guess you,you are still pained, wonder why? Get well dear.
I need you to try more dear. I understand you need to eat, lol.

Are the rates on skycanner, cheap flights, kiwi or others fake too and are fliers prohibited from checking to know what's obtainable?

What do I gain telling a flier to bargain better and not just accept a figure given by some tout? What does he pay me? Only one who milks people would be angry, yes.

I think was a mistake replying you both considering how pained you sound.
Don't worry will never, again.
..................
Now back to business!
Anyone who needs a quote to enable him know real figure of his flight, drop a message and if I am available would assist.

Get more than 1 quote compare and save money. if a tout shows no respect walk very far away.

Mr cdenc, i wonder where you get your fares from, please mind the kind of fares you give to this passengers so you dont put your self into trouble and also ruin their travel plans. Kagari is actually right, what the GDs are giving and yours are different. Mind what you post, not all what you see online are true. Be careful before the airline come look for you.

Thank you.
Viemmytravels, no need for threats dear. I am a full grown adult and so are the fliers.
I will be here waiting for them allow me worry about that. Unlike you both who are only out to milk fliers I am not,yes I don't sell and if you have a problem with I telling them, hmmm then there a problem. They deserve to know what to negotiate, you think they don't?

Though not where I get my rates but check these
www.cheapflights.ca
www.kiwi.com

Then my point is, if I can find as user for such, then why is yours more expensive or is it because your get from guys who get from the real Licenced person. Then the flier needs to know.
Anyways, I care less. Aside asking me how sales to mock my thread, now is a threat. Wonder what's next. hehehe
Have a lovely week dear

........................
Guys! I will find a quote and tell you, if your dealer isn't willing to give you a fair figure around it,leave him and find someone more reliable and can accommodate your budget. Tell him what you seen or offered and let him know

No tout without sense of customer care has a right to force a ticket on you, then use your money to feed his family. That's the essence

Next quote plssss

As I said before, it's my thread dear, pls don't take me on like that, ever pls.

Every flier deserves to know he can get the best, he doesn't even have to take it. Saying my figure doesn't exist, hmmm. That's your flight in the screenshot

Apologize for delayed reply, I only assist tell you the fare I see to enable you negotiate with whoever is booking for you. Initially I started off by giving figures +50-120k as profit but the known names took up issues with my thread like they did above.
The essence is you get to know what the real cost in the cheapest flight and from what I see their quotes are becoming fair.

Maybe someday I will engage an agency but really don't have such time. imagine not been regular here.Apologies for not helping with purchase as I don't deal. If in next 1 month I am still not regular here will post my source here for everyone wishing to travel can check by themselves. You deserve the best fare

Lastly, I think on the morning of going for capture do not use any cream on your palms after bathing. No oil at all

Somat4ril:
Hi guys, with a heavy heart, I write this. I applied for MA peacebuilding and collaborative development at Canadian Mennonite University, being that their application fee is 150 CAD, my naira debit card couldn't pay. I requested for application fee payment help in the part 12 of this thread, on the 25th of June precisely. One igeoluwatobi send me a dm asking me if still needed the help, with all pleasure, I said yes. I gave him my details, he paid for the application and forwarded the receipt to me while I transferred the naira equivalent to the gtbank he provided. I was so happy, ignorant of the fact that I was sitting on a gunpowder.
As God would have it, I was considered for admission on the 11th of October with the necessary documents for visa application sent to me.
Just yesterday 20th Oct , I got a mail from the school stating that my admission has been revoked, reason being that I paid for my application with a fraudulent card and that I can't be considered for admission into the school again.
In the most practical terms, I'm very weak right now. Although I've responded to the school yesterday, with the screenshots of my chats with the devil(igeoluwatobi) and also the payment receipt of the naira equivalent to his gtb account.
I'm still very weak as I don't know how this event would turn out considering the fact that fraudulent activities in Canada is heavily frowned upon.
Have anyone experienced this, and how do I go around this issue.
All suggestions would be welcome.
As for you Igeoluwatobi, I know you're seeing this message, you've refused to respond to my chats. Thanks for putting me in this predicament. God bless!!
Send an email to info@efccnigeria.org of the complaint with the full details of the act,his phone and account numbers. If your cannot send the email write even if a one page petition and drop of at their office, they will acknowledge a copy for you or print the email you sent, then go to swear a general affidavit indicating u meet him online here and the payments u made. attach both evidence of the payment and scan affidavit, include in it u have reported him to the antigraft agency and communication and petiton copy of fraud to efcc scan and send to the school, if there was a message of the card reject you got while trying before you got to him still include it then post the hard copy.
This might save you.
And guys stop following short cuts,go and open a dorm account or meet who you are paying in person. Aside the fraudulent part transactions have continued to recieve higher regulations mostly when they are from 3rd parties to avoid money laundering. These short cuts and things that seem to good doesn't end well most times

Policy Statement on Massive Repair and Upgrade on Public Infrastructure

Background
Considering the present price of crude, the remittances from other sources if not monitored closely have shown not to leave much for the government for capital projects. Somehow justifies the reason for more borrowings. This is in addition to the financial requirement to maintain the work force for social and essential services, which will not reduce as the population continues to grow.

This sometimes results to infrastructure decay as a result of lack of funds to initiate building new ones. As a citizen I can only imagine the worry of government when confronted with need to raise capital. This I can tell from the recent bond issued in order to be able to undertake projects under the ministry of works.

However, when we observe closely, we would notice that there are certain services/goods that are accessed in large volume accros the country. Such products might be useful in raising capital for capital expenditures, and particularly where these projects are pre-defined and costed.

It is therefore important to note that where there is trust, the citizens can bear minute burden of development as it is for common good. Worse case the tenure for this burden may be defined as they will know how long and appreciate the communication and engagement.

Recommendations
1. A period of years be defined as the time needed to raise funds for particular list of projects; say 4 years
2. The projects should be costed and scheduled by year of commencement and completion
3. The the pricing template for fuel indicates it can be sold within a range up to 145 or so, but major marketers and the NNPC sells for 139-142. This is commendable, and can be leveraged on to request it be fixed at 145 for period of 4 years. This is because daily consumption is at 33Million litres and a N3 to government per little could be remitted to dedicated account with CBN.
4. For N3 saved for 33million daily consumption would yield N99Million daily and N2.97Billion monthly amounting to N35,64Billion annually. This would amount to N142.56Billion in 4 years.
5. A bond may be issued as can be seen most bonds recently have been over subscribed, projects commenced and completed at record time. This will serve as boost for the confidence of the citizens as N3 deductions can be clearly be seen to have positive effects on their lives.
6. This addition of N35 Billion annually for a period of 4 years to public projects such as roads in addition to the yearly annual budgets for capital expenditure would serve a very great purpose.
7. That based on the allocated 16.67Billion to each geo political zone in the recent bond, N35Billion generated annually can undertake projects in 2 geo-political zone per year and the 6 zones covered in just 3 years.

Policy Statement on Basic Primary Health Care

Background

The implementation of the basic healthcare system is key in every society as it ensures larger coverage of health care services. This ensures easy access to medical personnel, facility and care as well as entails better output in the overall health status of the citizens under consideration.

Therefore, when compared to Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Senegal it can be observed by available data in the assessment of primary healthcare system performance indicator conceptual framework of 2016 that Nigeria has a health expenditure of 0.88% of GDP compared to Senegal with 2.22%. Also, while we have health worker density per 1000 populatio of 18.8 which is impressive as when compared to these other countries, we maintain minimum equipment of 20% while Uganda and Tanzania has 78%. Our drug availability is 49% while Tanzania is 76% and Senegal 78%. Correct diagnosis of conditions for Nigeria is 37% compared to 56% in Uganda and 56% in Kenya. It was also observed in the analysis that in Nigeria the average time spent with patients is 10mins compared to 29mins in Tanzania. Despite Nigeria having vaccine availability of 76%, immunization coverage is 25% while Kenya has 71% and Tanzania 75%. Hence the report indicates that this and many other factors might be the reason for result of under- five mortality per 1000 live births being at 105 for Nigeria when compared to 49 in Kenya and Tanzania and 47 for Senegal.

Recommendations

1. The first priority is to alert the general public on the danger of continuing to run the public healthcare system based on the dwindling government revenue alone in the face of rising country population, and public infrastructures amongst other needs to be addressed.
2.There is the need to adopt and implement a generic health insurance policy across the federation, that is affordable and effective.
3. It shall be mandatory requirement for every state resident to hold a basic health insurance, this shall be tied to the tax identification number.
4. There shall be a list of accredited hospitals in each local government both government and private for implementation, it shall be a condition to award of licence for operation that it shall make it services available to primary health services of government.Even where they are super specialty hospitals must run skeletal services for primary health care. Their services shall be regulated periodically by a quality assessors of Ministry of Health, and where there are violations of rights of subscribers or issues, their licenses may be withdrawn.
5.The quality of services shall be evaluated monthly/quaterly and a complaint, approval and referral desk situated in each hospital. The referral desk shall ensure where it is impossible to attend to such patient, referral is processed to another accredited hospital with less burden to patient. Evaluation results of less than 45% from collated surveys shall amount to sanction of hospitals, medical director and might go as well as facing medical boards or inquiry. This is as it involves lives of citizens.
6. Each subscriber shall be eligible to pay a subscription fee of N650-N750 monthly and shall be on individual basis.
7.Elderly of 55 years and children of less than 5years are free.
8. Subscription of basic health insurance shall cover services defined currently by the National Health Insurance. Future provisions may be made for cover for major issues.
9. The subscription fee of N750 monthly from 27million (Nigerians who voted in 2015 elections) would generate N20,250,000,000 and
N243,000,000,000 annually
10. N243,000,000,000 annually added to our current health budget would give each of the 774 local governments N313,953,488.372093 annually.
11. That the N243,000,000,000 is very good sum for massive expansion of health facilities, development and stocking of public pharmacies, supply of vaccines, purchase of high tech medical and laboratory equipment at designated public health facilities and maintenance agreements, as well as implement and administer other healthcare programs and allowances for volunteer health workers among others. This is in addition to our present budgetary allocations, counterpart interventions programs and donations from charity organizations.
12. It shall be an offence for an hospital housing such procured high tech equipments to deny access to use by referred cases or frustrate quick testing of patients. This is the case in most hospitals where patients have been lost before results are released as it takes weeks, and instances where patients arrive for a simple procedure but are booked to be attended to in a register with dates being allocated to sometimes 2-3 months.
13. There shall be an established electronic system where hospitals for referred test cases can upload test results for ease of access by the primary requesting hospital for analysis.
14. If effectively implemented, every citizen shall have access to an efficient primary healthcare and shall have no reason to complain if otherwise, afterall it shall be a question of "have you paid your insurance for the month?"
Politics / Cdenc School Of Public Policy | Lets Attempt to Solve Government Problems by cdenc: 2:24pm On Oct 21, 2017
I hereby setup a school of public policy. This school shall attempt to solve almost all problems of governance by way of policy statements, bearing recommendations.

These statements are meant for use by the government and NGOs, and are to be seen to be solution driven based on available data in the public. And shall in no way attempt to leak any official secrets, nor criticize government whether past or present.

This has become necessary as daily, whether you tune to radio or television, all you hear are complaints. Whether these complaints are directed to the appropriate authorities who deserve to know is for someone to attempt to solve. Governance all over the world must run on effective policy statements driven by data. This will ensure the appropriate resources are utilized in the right areas of need.

Yes, I understand this effort might not be ok to some, but the much complaints have not really solved anything. That is why in some countries, regions and states setup institutes of public policies. Their research work form serious basis of government actions. And in some cases ministers with various years of experience come as fellow to these colleges; where they mentor students whose daily assignments are tasked with solving individual problems of the society from highly sophisticated to little as policy on public parks and parking areas. These students graduate from MPA or MPP courses to go into government agencies and are very effective in policy positions advising their principals.

While I am not a graduate of any of the above, I wish to by the coming weeks attempt to solve many of these problems. You are welcome to present any exact problems you have noticed and we can attempt to produce a short policy statement for it. By this, you might just in a way be part of the solution.

So here we go!

How can efcc seek forfeiture for a property whose owner hasn't been convicted of fraud.
By EFCC establishment act

"23. Any property
(a) whether real or personal, which represents the gross receipts a person obtains directly as a result of the violation of this .Act or which is traceable to such gross receipts;
(b) within Nigeria which represents the proceeds of an offence under the laws of a foreign country within whose jurisdiction such offence of activity would be punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year and which would be punishable by imprisonment under this Act if such act or activity had occurred within Nigeria, is subject to forfeiture to. the -Federal Government and no other property right shall exist on it.

25. (1) Any property subject to forfeiture under this Act may be seized by the Commission in the following circumstances
(a) the seizure incidental to an arrest or search ;.
(b) in the case of property liable to forfeiture upon process issued by the Court following an application made by the Commission in accordance with the prescribed rules.
(2) Whenever property is seized under any of the provisions of this Act. The Commission may
(a) place the property under seal; or
(b) remove the property to a place designed by the Commission.
(3) Property taken or detained under this section shall be deemed to be in the custody of the Commission, subject only to an order of a Court.

26. (1) Where a person is arrested for an offence under this Act, the Commission shall immediately trace and attach all the assets and properties of the person acquired as a result of such illegal act and shall thereafter cause to be obtained an interim attachment order by the Court"
Notice that the argument by the owners is on Jurisdiction not on the main reason for the application. Just to buy time, either way they also are eligible to approach the same court to set aside any other it gave without notice or appeal to a higher court. But no now matter of jurisdiction has to be heard first and exhausted before the main issue, but let's see how much both parties know their Administration of Criminal Justice Act and the court is willing to be distracted or not

Bear in mind that before the next draw a lot of people world wide will get their IELTS result and some their ECA. These people will join the pool (Hephgirl and co). So the bolded number will definitely increase.
Very true but been monitoring it for sometime now and the number doesn't add more than 500-900 more persons added. Except that happens,I feel it will go down by about 3-6 points to capture the difference of those in the range that ends above 430, but cannot got to 430 as that range is too large. Either way, he has only one option, keep the hope

Lol Chuckdee13. Actually, i don't have ITA yet. My CRS is 433. I was just exclaiming because i am 3 points lower than yesterday's draw. Abeg our data analysts should predict the next draw o. grin grin grin
By this last draw it will drop to 431-432 because currently the next draw stands to get 2512 ITAs comfortably even if the next draw is 431. My point is based on the profiles on 431- 1200.
I don't see it coming down to 421-430 as that will be issuing 3,246 in addition to 2512. Might happen though but 5,758 ITAs at once? Not sure but possible
I think you should expect to make the next draw. After then we can look at the last standing.

Please, who has the phone number to report when treasury bill officials in banks are refusing to process your treasury bill purchase. They tell you they would not process your form for primary market if you do not have 50M and if you have less than that you can only get secondary market.
They want you to buy secondary market by all means. This is becoming too much for a particular bank.
Guess try to submit your forms if your bank is accepting as it ends today 4pm for the next auction

if ur plan is to fraud people it's better to stop n dont eat on people's tears. else you'd cant go far in it.
How is that possible when all am doing is tell you you can get a better fare?

Your post isn't fair you know? Check the other posts where I quoted rates, it gives flighers idea they can get less. Imagine some giving flighers quote for 2.16M for a flight that was booked for 1.8M. That is greed.

Despite what you think I am going to keep giving the fair rates flighers can get their tickets until there is a law compelling people to disclose to a customer the cheapest rate as its obtainable in other places.

Yes I will find every quote offered and am going to tell the obtainable rates.

But again, are you sure you're not one of those who milk flighers? Try to change dear, a 50-100k profit as in my quotes is reasonable as you pay salary but 300k profit per family ticket? That's devilish

Who even gives money to who they met online, and they didnt go to the office? As a trial, heendrix give me dates and destination and let me tell you rates I see and you compare what they gave you

As I said before I don't sell tickets, tell me your travel details here no PMs and I'd be glad to tell you rates and you compare with what your given. Keep it coming, please
