Tenancy law in Lagos need to change ASAP This rubbish is now getting out of hand walai. Even if d court gives judgement in favor of the Landlord after 10yrs u think u will be able to recover Your rents when the tenant will sneak out over night And there is no databases to know where he goes to Rent another house and most probably will pull same Stunt.
