It would always be prone to forgeries because no officer manning all the check post is provided with scanning devices to read the QR code’s and detect fake or altered ones.

Officers only sight the printed paper and collect small egunje and allow trucks to proceed to port for loading.

Simple solution; let each e-ticket have a barcode that contains registration details of the truck it's issued to. Task force members will be equipped with barcode scanners(this can even be done with mobile phones) to scan tickets at their various checkpoints. If 100 drivers like they should photocopy a single ticket, when the ticket is scanned the real owner of the ticket will be displayed.

As a Youth Corps member serving in Nasarawa state back then in 2011, I was left in shock, the level of neglect and deprivation in government owned secondary school where I served.

I was able to rally peasant farmers and poor parents to donate 10 modern computer sets for better quality education, the government couldn't do anything for their people.

Sad.
