Yes, she might be taking advantage of the NHS, but as long as that loophole exists, as in British Citizens working and paying taxes outside the UK, the NHS will be used. Why shouldn't she have her children in any country of her choice? And does anyone actually know if she paid for her baby's delivery, or is it just assumed she didn't?
