Has anyone had to do a correction of business address? Please, how long did it take? I have sent my application to correct my business address. My registration is pending so it has not been approved.

Affidavit is an acceptable means of Identifications in CAC. You can attach the publication and your former ID as supplossage .

You cannot register a business name for someone else with your account.
Open a fresh account with her details.

Recharge your line via GTB, then call customer service to activate the package. Use an ntel line to call customer service on a phone with VoLTE.

The problem is that I don't have a phone that works with ntel line. If I use my normal line, they never pick.

It is advisable to printout and fill all your forms in coloured, CAC Alausa (Ikeja) won't accept black and white copies when you go for despatch of certificate. Be guided and print in coloured. It is better to print in coloured and get your certificate as you go for despatch than be turned back home to go and print in coloured.

I have been trying to speak to a customer care rep using 111 or 121 and noticed there are no options to transfer to a call centre agent. Same time can be used for both online and offline. Not everyone can come all the way to badagry. This is what makes the interenet amazing, we can do a whole lot. Why not do video tutorials and sell instead of offline training. It saves people stress and you make more money in the process without stress.
