You right bro, to be sincere the way that position gets into some people's head, some reasonable HR will call you n figure out your lapses, some HR will do it openly as if they never make mistake in their life. Likewise to some colleagues.

The best thing as an HR you can communicate through mail or call the workers n address them in your office, watch them change.
Be you HR or supervisor if you keep doing it aggressively one day you will push one of workers to the wall him/ her will tell you the history of your life that's if you are luck enough they don't use blow to shift one of your eyes.
