Mine wasn't hot but a tiny little bit warm, maybe. Because I charged with solar, will wait for nepa dis night and then charge with my smart charger

I never notice my battery heating up like urs but mine was very warm when I added water to the 40ah battery then, maybe because its a 40ah battery, will do mine on saturday wey I go dey house,

yes o! it does not charge fully everyday but it gives my batteries enough charge that can take me through the night , the only problem i have is the charge controller does not beep when battery is low, it only indicates on screen 10.8V LVD (Low voltage ), i will just be monitoring it, cos once the screen voltage goes down to 10.8v ,charge controller automatically switches everything off and i would not want it to damage my tv, i will have to connect the batteries directly to the ups again or monitor the charge controller
