I wonder why some of u are happy dat this is happening,its our leaders i blame, @poster all u need as evidence is the pay slip, make photo copies and take it to the police station, make sure u meet a high officer and report the case as fraud, pay the police some money ,their job is to go to the bank and demand to see the persons profile,his address will be there as well. I need help na!

I've been doing a lot of thinking and i noticed that not everybody in naija is qualified but 95% register for the dv lottery and for instance, if 50% wins in naija only 15% will be given visa and the other 35% will lose their money, not every body is qualified. Not everybody has gce/ssce result, some are even secondary sch dropouts but yet they still go and register and they dont qualify for it, many of them win the dv lottery and when they get to the Us embassy, they just collect their visa fee almost 200,000naira and deny them, some has certificate but its likf there's a certain grade needed, and no vocation schools here mind u "cathering school" is not included, there are specific vocational courses

Can somebody explain (1). HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE & HIGH SCHOOL NO DEGREE, (2).WHICH OF THE TWO IS ACCEPTED INCASE U WIN THE DV LOTTERY? (3).EXPLAIN SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF HIGH SCHOOL (4). IF A PRY SCH. CERT CAN'T BE USED,WHY IS IT AN OPTION ON THE DV LOTTERY WEBISITE? (5).DO WE HAVE VOCATION SCH. IN NIGERIA ? (6). The law is the law, we must obey the law! I watched press tv yestaday and saw german protestor parading the streets and complaining that their house rent is too high, same demonstration in russia 2months ago and their government did something, it is only the landlords or landlords children in nairaland that will disagree to the new rule, take it up with him,if he disagrees, take him to court, u would stil be in that house for almost 2yrs without paying him,and the case will be adjourned,then u would hv saved enough money and gotten urself another place that would be better, ould hv saved enough money and gotten urself another place that would be better,
