I wanted to order a few but my bank was delaying my release of my Visa Card. Now it seems too late. I hope a company in Nigeria will soon start selling them here.

Just imagine! Not only must u have a dstv home decoder, u must be an "ACTIVE PREMIUM SUBSCRIBER" before ur drifta can be actavated. That is pure nonsense! Me my home dstv i no dey pay pass N1,800 or N2,800 per month for subscription, dem be thief

I dnt see anything special in this "DRIFTA" i no wan talk becos people go say because i wan sell receiver or headset, i dnt manufacure these devices,i only study them and find out things about them. This drifta battery life is just 3hrs while the su-33w is 12hrs even the headset na god because e no get battery ,na until ur phone die. U can plug the drifta to ur laptop but no be every laptop battery can stay upto 3hrs,and getting an extra battery for laptop is expensive, unlike me wey get 3 original battery for my n79 wey no cost pass 1,200 for each. The only thing for dis drifta is the laptop big screen but let us not forget that u can plug some nokia phones to ur tv AV and enjoy on big screens too but it was later blocked by multichoice, su-33w an the drifta has same tv channel but just one channel higher SS3, for u to get the ss3 is like "looking for water in the desert" i still prefer my mobile tv. I dnt need the drifta

go to ur email and download the tv app, then get the su-33w tv receiver ,check dis page for sellers willing to sell a fairly used one

Put ur phone on home screen, then type *#6234# and apn 1 and 2 will be open, its been long and it has faded from my memory .try this and get back to me, or try open apn 3 with 6234

if dats the case, then its pure rubbish! No subscription for me, because i no fit pay 1600 per month and watch same thing over and over again same day, e go dey boring

check ur email, but u need to go to their website and download the user manual, the apps i fowarded to ur email is only compatible with s60v3 s60v5 and blackberry phones that has wifi or wlan connectivity feature. Pls dnt mention the name of the app here for security reasons, incase it works on mobile. Multichoice might want to block it. I have even pasted the link and sent it to u. So, Over to u

No be drifta be the name ,but i am hoping it would work

Very easy! Just go to apn 3 and type in the two box, web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net and click ok and then choose apn 3 . When u type in ur web address u will see two bar = at the top of ur phone that means its connected, i discovered it in january 2006

If you're referring to the Valups Tivit app for those phones, it doesn't work with the Drifta. This has been confirmed multiple times by south african sources and is a common question on lots of SA forums.

For now, there are no multichoice/dstv branded apps for those platforms. Feel free to take a screenshot to prove me wrong.

tivit is not the only one, i have another one used in russia but i have not yet tested it 'cause i dnt have the drifta dongle ,so no screen shot, i will keep u guys updated when the time comes,
