Did my biometrics on the 19th of Nov
Transferred to DMC the same day
Received by DMC on the 22nd of Nov
Got no NSF mail
Transferred and received by VAC 13th Dec

from the letter included in my passport package seems like the decision was made of the 7th of December

Also my TB certificate expired on the 10th of the December, was scared I was going to be rejected because of that but I thank God

Received collection mail and went to pick up, no visa stamp, no rejection letter, just my passport. Since august 16th and this is what UKVI would do to me

First time writer. If you notice my name, you will observe the Canada tag on it. I was denied a Canada student visa in October 2021. It was really devastating because the reason for the refusal wasn’t sensible as I was the sponsor of my elder brother who got his visa July but I was refused based on personal asset and financial status despite having 20m in my account, lands and 4 houses, only to find out in my gcms note they misrepresented the sponsor for my parents meanwhile I was the one sponsoring myself probably because of my age lol as I’m just 25.

NSF mail- 30th of Nov to me the dependant partner to provide evidence of subsisting relationship, replied the next day with photos, joint acct statement.
3rd December -Collection mail for primary applicant.
8 December - Collection mail for Dependants.
All visa approved.
While we all try to get information on how to go abt study visa application here, lets not forget that each application hv their peculiarity and is judged with its uniqueness. You dont need to be scared because somebody’s own didnt go tru because of what they didnt do, or that it went tru because of what they did. While you do the right thing jst believe your grace is different.
While i filled the application form, i didnt declare all other visa refusal. I had almost all the major country refusal before. US,UK, Germany, Canada, France. Infact i don talk say i no do again. Then this one came. With what i knw here, I wouldn’t try it not to declare all that. But the SI-UK agent who co-filled the form with me told me not to bother abt others, i should only declare the UK refusal and that we did. To God be the glory we all got issued the visa. My Grace is different, you dont need to use my case to judge your own. What God can do for one, He can do for all under the same or different circumstance.
If God has taken us this far, He will complete the project wether Red list, Omicron or not, we are heading to Salford Manchester

The MP said they would forward the case to the ombudsman if they can verify that I have exhausted all forms of complaint with the UKVI, I hope it gets to the ombudsman so this can end once and for all

For someone who recently wrote WAEC, I think it should be accepted.

Please kindly help my brother with the name of the Universities. His WAEC was 2005 and NECO 2004. I have been trying to help him to apply to the Universities that will accept older WAEC/NECO

I got two missed calls from a strange number last week Thursday , I thought it was them and I tried calling back but wasn’t picked up. I was scared I won’t get the visa because they couldn’t reach me but I was wrong.

24th November.... Did a paid call to ukvi to know the status of application, they gave me a link to attach my wedding pictures (we got married in May 2021) and chat coversations I and my wife had few months to our wedding and after our wedding till date as more evidence. This I sent 25th November.

Collection mail......3rd December

Passport Delivered by DHL to My wife in Asaba...8th December

Visa was issued 26th Nov as shown in vignette... I give God all the glory.

This came after our plans to travel in September was truncated due to Abnormal Chest x-ray I got and had to wait for 8weeks for sputum test, As we won't be able meet up with enrollment after 8weeks we deferred.

I made a mistake in my application not putting my bank name, @justwise Thank you for your response concerning that.

I printed my bank statement a day after booking a biometric appointment which was not palatable coz I was filled with fear for this, please I don't advise printing your statement after submitting your online application form.
I filled my form myself.... please fill your form yourself.

I'm really very worried guys.

My Boss is my sponsor and I've been working with him for about 4 years.
For CAS, he transferred the funds to my account in order to enable me receive CAS, however he is convinced that for Visa application, he can submit his bank statement, including letters and proofs backing it up that he will sponsor my schooling there.

However I read that only your parents, Government e.t.c can sponsor your studies and not an Employer.

What are my chances please??
