Can anyone teach me how to make coconut rice?

i can try. There are so many ways to cook coconut rice. it depends on who's telling you. everybody have their own style.

This is the way i cooked mine during last year's thanksgiving day november 23rd (i'm not From the US but i celebrated it anyway)

ingredients:
Rice
coconut (the qty u wnna use depends on the amount of rice you wnna cook)
tin tomatoes
Maggi, salt, crayfish, fresh pepper
carrot, green beans, green peas, onions
chicken

steps:
1) break your coconut, remove the water (u can either drink it or can use it for the cooking)
2) grate the coconut. (if you don't have a grater, you can use a blender to blend with warm water. but the grating comes out better)
3) soak the grated cocunut in a sizable amount of hot water for some minutes
4) sieve the water extract from the chaff (if you added too much hot water, the extract would be watery but if the amount of water is okay the extract would be very thick coupled with the cocunut oil)
5) parboil your rice
6) seive the rice and leave the rice in the seive
7) put grondnut oil in the pot( a very little qty. so as not to make it too oily coz of the oil in the cocnut)
8. fry tintomatoes with onions and salt till you're okay the sour taste is gone
9) add the parboiled rice and stir with a wooden spoon
10) add your maggi, salt, pepper, crayfish, stir
11) add the coconut extract into the rice, stir (the qty of the coconut extract you'll add depends on the level of the softness of the rice. ps. dont over parboil the rice. this is to allow the coconut extract get a good grip of the rice. coconut rice.
12) allow it boil to a certain level or till the water is almost dried. (ps. taste to know if the maggi, salt, pepper is okay to you)
13) add ur carrot, green peas, green beans, onions
14) cover the pot, allow til its done.
15) deep fry, barbecue or roast your chicken
16) serve with wine, fruit juice or soft drink
(please dont eat coconut rice and drink pure water. it is an insult to coconut rice)

ps. you dont necessarily have to use tin tomatoes for your coconut rice. you can do without it and it will still taste very nice! on this particular day i jst decided to try it out and it still came out nice.

A very sweet soft unsliced bread.
get the bread,
Cut into two halves.
take the first half,
open a small hole
put some akara balls inside
press it
press it again till you're satisfied or till it looks like a sandwich shape
get a bottle of soft drink or milk shake
Eat and Enjoy like the madam you are

In the 80s Buhari blames middlemen for economic failure.
In 2016, Buhari blames PDP; blames GEJ and NOI for inability of mostly led APC states to pay workers salary.
In 2017 Buhari blames Benue natives for Herdsmen attacks, ask them to live peacefully with the 'killer' herdsmen.
In 2018 Buhari blames OBJ for current power failure.

@ CharlyG1 please brother, i just had this dream. . i saw myself writing a Test with my sec school classmates again. The last dream i had. . you know i said the person that gave us the task was a science lecturer. . this one was a science teacher too coz the test question was science. Iam an Arts student. i dont understand what this means at all. During the test, to be honest i had no idea what i was writing and i sat with one of my classmates who was not too good in class. (his name is Richard and he repeated a class at one point, didnt graduate with us) As i was still cracking my head during the test, i dunno exactly what this guy did but it seemed he waved at the teacher somehow. . i was shocked with what happened next. she came over to where we were sitting, asked him a question, then gave him a hot slap. The guy then rested his head on my legs. All of a sudden, there was no time again for the test and we were in a hurry to answer the questions. Time was now up, when i checked my exercise book, it wasnt too good, i wasnt sure of the things in there and i was the last to submit. please brother CharlyG1 what could this mean.
