I just created my profile and I am trying to submit some forms there:
Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1294)
Family Information (IMM5645) (required)
Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257)
But, unfortunately, my adobe reader is unable to view it nor download it, I have update the app still no progress.
Is anyone here facing similar issue? do you already have a downloaded copy of the forms... PLEASE I NEED HELP!

Authenticate your documents first at Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Before going to LEGALISE your documents.

Hi

First you need to get legalization appointment at the Italian embassy. However, your documents must be authenticated at the ministry of education and ministry of foreign affairs respectively, then translated into Italian before the legalization.

After the legalization, the embassy will issue you the DOV.
