The rule also allows the team to be excluded from the competition and leaves room for additional sanctions if the organizing body deems such actions necessary.


The standard forfeit score is 3-0. But if the opposing team had already been leading by more than 3-0 before the match was stopped, that bigger score would remain. In this case, CAF applied the standard forfeit score.

All this don't apply because they resumed the game, completed the game and won. If they had not returned to the pitch it can apply..
There are situations where a team arrived very late for a match,once the refree has not blown a walk over. Once the team arrives and complete the match,the result stands.

Nobody ever dreamt that a day will come when the US President will unilaterally declare war on another country unprovoked, and without congress consent. My take away from all this is as follows:


1. US is clearly Israel's lapdog. The US Government is a puppet to Israel and not the other way round
2. The war sets a precedent. US Presidents no longer need congress approval to enter into war with another country
3. Iran has showed exceptional military might. Not many countries can even think of facing US. Not to mention facing both US and Israel at the same time.
4. International law is dead. International law is basically what ever US says it is and US/Israel only understand force/violence
5. We are back to the age of might is right. Any country that does not have nuclear weapons is sitting on a keg of gun powder. It doesnt matter if you are a democracy minding your own business.
6. The most reliable country to deal with appears to be China, no longer US
7. Oil is king. If u have oil you must invest is defense. if possible, nuclear weapons
8. Australia may be the safest country to live in now
9. Nigeria is one of the major threats on US radar. There is a deliberate US Policy to ensure Nigeria in underdeveloped.
10. Do not rely on international agreements. The most reliable Agreement is mutually assured destruction.
