Now, to your question,........Don't you think 10-20 years of non payment of such by a defaulter , then revocation should be enforced by the authorities?


Also the Minister even gave a period of grace which if I'm not mistaken is from 7-21 days thereabout......is that not enough?


If the owners or occupiers of such property don't have such funds immediately or complete, I believe they can go to the Ministers office or office involved and they can come up with a sub payment plan for them as long as they can show proof that they can do the needful.....

I am sure the Minister won't be that unreasonable to not agree to such.
Even PBAT would see reasons even in such as well.
