Nope, I didn't parboil it. I just washed and added to the already done stew. I stired and put it down immediately so it doesn't overcook.

I remember when I was moving houses, I sold my old baking pans, one big old family stainless pot with one stainless tray to mallams at 2500 or 3k. And what you have is more. So you may sell a bag for 3 to 4k cos those tins weigh a bit.

As for plastic bottles, there's one mama in my former area that sells by dozens. She sells a dozen either 50naira or so. Though now that things are expensive, the price may have gone up. She doesn't sell by bags. So you might want to count it per dozen.

Fresh tomatoes and pepper (rodo) 200 naira let the pepper be more than the tomatoes.
Dry ground pepper 50 naira
Onion
Maggi crayfish
Palm oil
Ugu leaves 50 naira
Kpanla fish 400 naira

This will make a quantity for only two or three servings. Not much.

Shaa come and chop .

Poured palm oil in a pot on low heat and added panla fish, onions, crushed garlic and some Maggi crayfish cubes. stir-fried and covered until the aroma was popping.

I then added the chopped tomatoes and fresh pepper with some dry ground pepper for extra spice. Covered it to dry the liquid.

When the tomatoes was done, I added fresh ugu leaves stired and brought it down immediately.

Served with hot white rice. Uuu... This tastes so great!
