Oh.. Thank God o. I'm not alone.

What could be the cause?
You have any ideas?
FamilyRe: Confused: I Need Your Advice or assistant Pls by Channah1(f): 3:30pm On Aug 30, 2022
It is well with you o.

Nairalanders will only advice you not to get the loans bit they won't help you. I remember my days of looking for apartment and how they called me all sort of names when I brought the issue here.

Just go to God in prayers. Only him can make a way. Don't let these people catch cruise with your predicament.

Agency and agreement fee is what I'd really making it difficult to get a new apartment these days.
FamilyWho Else Noticed This? by Channah1(op): 3:11pm On Aug 30, 2022
Who else notice the way time flies these days? It's so alarming. Like you may time yourself for an event or outing and just feel like lazing around for a few mins before the set time and boom! you're already 30 mins behind time.

Activities you would normally carry out in 30 mins now goes down in 2hours not because you're slow but due to the speed of time.

This new development now always puts me in a frenzy every day especially when I have engagements that are time bound.

Hope I'm not alone here.
FamilyRe: Marriage In This Economy by Channah1(f): 2:46pm On Aug 30, 2022
Lol.. marry na!!!..

I just see the way some girls itch for marriage like it the next best thing. If there's money, fine but if not, mhennn marriage is not rice and beans o. Serious work.

Apart from the financial responsibilities which is already draining on its own, The demanding aspect of it both physically and mentally will leave you wondering if you made the right decision.

I still believe marriage should be throughly given a serious thought through and through before diving into it. One must be very ready, financially, physical, mentally and emotionally otherwise it'll look like a difficult task. Iv been observing a lot of marriages these days and they don't seem interesting. Just a bunch of responsibilities and piles of duties.

Don't let anyone push you into what you're not ready for. Not even your mother.

Not this generation of men. The way to their hearts nowadays is big yansh. Funnily enough, many of them don't have what it takes to maintain one.

Now, before you come at me saying it's because I don't have, me too I carry, normal.

Say what? 20 Naira Utazi? shocked I tell you the cheapest amount you'll get Utazi, Okazi and Uziza leaf here is 100 Naira. The demand for it is very high because the people who use it for different type of peppersoup, Nkwobi, Ishiewu etc for their bar and restaurant is steadily on the rise here.

Hospitality sector is booming. Lol.
Hmm... Let me believe its the high demand for it that makes it expensive in your area.
Down here, it isn't so because it's the west and most people who use it here use it for personal purpose.

Another thing is, having good bargaining power and knowing those things you can actually price down like perishable items you know they can't keep for long, they'll be willing to sell as you want just to get it off their tables before it goes bad. So I take advantage of this anytime I go to the market and it works all the time. wink.

Well they're already doing it. Some people complained about it, their excuse was rain didn't fall enough that's why the price is like that. It's the same with Achi and Bitterleave.

The price of food stuff is steadily on the rise.
Wow, that's crazy. Me that even requested for 20 naira utazi leave and the girl wanted to sell it but I later changed my mind.

It is well with your area.
