FoodSee The Croaker Fish I Got For ₦‎1,800 And How I Prepared It. Yum! by Channah1(op): 3:14pm On Oct 12, 2022
The customer I normally eat this fish at his place told me he could no longer buy cos it's now very expensive and I've been craving it. so I decided to get it today and make pepper soup with it.

Pics one

Pics two
Pepper soup spice, fresh pepper and efirin leaves.

Pics 3
Added the little water, pepper soup spice, fresh pepper and seasoning. I then added the fish to simmer for some mins before adding enough water to finally cook it.

Added efirin last.

Fresh fish pepper soup is ready.

You have no right given to you by God to disturb the peace of any neighborhood or individual. undecided

The same Jesus Christ who sent you out commanded that you Do to others as you will like for them to do to you. How would you feel if a babalawo came in front of your house with a megaphone and speakers to broadcast his voodoo theologies in much the same way you go around disturbing others?

Jesus Christ explained to His followers that they have to be as cunning as snakes but as gentle as doves, meaning you have to apply common sense particularly when dealing with others. Don't use Jesus Christ as an excuse to be an arsehole.
You're possessed. Just mind your language.

Should they be afraid of preaching the gospel because of your neighbor?

Abeg let them do the work God sent all Christians to do. If they fail to preach to the idol worshippers and they go to hell, their souls will be required of those brethren. So let them be.

Actually you pound the ukazi little to make it chewable cos you'd notice it'll be stringy while eating it .
Yeah, the leaf is very hard but I didn't pound it because I don't want the soup to be black.

Even myself. The dry one easily gives me a heartburn. In the north egusi isn’t traditional but when we prepare it it’s with water mostly.
You Sabi Jare. People think dry soup means rich or quality.

What you cooked is EGUSI soup with OKAZI LEAF. Not okazi soup. It has nothing to do with the liquid as okazi is actually fluid.

However, Okazi is cooked with
1) Palm fruit, not palm oil.
2) Achi/ofo/ukpo (we don’t use ede, though a minute/negligible percentage do?
3) Achara
4) Moulded egusi
5)Okazi
6) Yellow pepper
7) Cow leg/head, okporoko…etc
cool Extras.

I don’t mean to be disrespectful, but this is not OKAZI soup that is native to Abians.
Ok.

Ihavethingstodo:
The real okazi soup, you use ede igbo(cocoyam), some use achi, ukpo or ofo to prepare it

If you are preparing the umuahia type, they mould the egusi into small balls, Akpuruakpu egusi, not what you did, you cooked egusi soup not okazi soup grin
Ok. Different things can be used.
The thing Sha sweet.
