I used honey beans for this one.
I cooked it until it became really really soft, then I mashed it with omorogun , until it became quite thick and almost smooth (I didn't want it totally smooth).

Then for the pepper sauce, I used fresh tasting light palm oil, onions, ata gbigbe and a little bit of salt. (the taste wasn't disappointing at all)

Hmmm.. yummy! .
This is the real ewa agoyin na.. .. very colorful too.

This one must have the taste. No how no how .

My dear, you won't understand.

I first packed the rice, dry fish and fresh pepper into the pot and left it until it was almost done.

Then I added the tomatos, onions and panla fish that I stir-fried earlier to the rice and allowed the rice to dry properly.

Voila!

It's ready and served!

You're having acute dry skin. You shouldn't even be using anything gel because it's water based and very drying too. it will only dry your skin further.

Also stop using regular bar soaps. They can be very drying to the skin.

What you need is a heavy moisturizer like aquaphor or E45 cream and a good cream bar like dove soap. or shower cream like tracia goat milk shower cream to combat the dryness.
