when going to where you did your biometrics in Lagos which I assume is VFS Lagos just go along with that yellow slip that's the proof of payment the rep is talking about

Just to confirm, I called the VAC Lagos to get clarification on the fees I need to pay (including courier) and the rep on phone asked when and where I did my biometrics. I responded saying Lagos and she advised that if I’m sending my passport, I wouldn’t need to pay the transmission fee, all I need is the tag I was given during my biometrics collection as that would serve as proof of payment, and only pay the for courier.

Can anyone confirm if this is true.

Please i just received the attached email and want to confirm if this is PPR.

I particular about step 1 cos i have sent webforms to indicate my newborn and my profile has been updated to include my baby. i also proactively sent all the documents for my baby when my ADR for schedule A, PCC and POF were requested. The status for additional documents currently reads "not applicable". My question is, should i ignore the step 1 and submit all passports?

Also, i live in lagos, which VO would be advisable to send my passports to?

Lastly, there is also a request to take passport photographs at a commercial studio. Any recommendations?

Yes you can do upfront meds for baby at the same time as your own remeds anytime before the 30 day deadline. Send all the family’s remeds and baby's other docs including passport by webform and email.

OR

You do only your own remeds before the 30 day deadline and continue to wait for IRCC feedback on baby.

So i just got a mail today for remedical but didnt get for my baby.. its been up to a month since i raised a webform but no response yet. Im even still yet to get her passport cos of delays with the passport office. My VO is ontario.

should i go ahead and do the medical for my spouse and i? or wait closer to the 30days and see if we get a response? or i know you mentioned mailing the VO with my babys documents, would they allow her to take the medicals with us and transmit?

Kindly advise on the best approach.

NB im confident i will get her passport before the 30 days elapses

Very normal, that's how they used to do nowadays.

You could send another one though as well as a direct mail to your VO attaching the required docs: IMM0008, IMM5405, Int passport data page, Birth Cert, passport photo, updated POF and medicals.

Please im yet to get a passport for my new born, would it be wise to raise the webform with just the birth certificate pending when the passport comes? just so they start processing the new applicant or wait.

have been following this thread and from wat hv seen i should commend ur effort.

i own a mercedes w203 c320 2001 model and am having some issues:

1) i do have a constant battery drain when car is parked. have traced everywhere including the seat control modules as advised from different forums but to no avail. my electrician has done all he could but still a flat battery every morning

2) similar to mr Tweex u helped, i still have the same ESP/BAS/ABS not available error. dunno how to go about that issue.

3) i have fuel pump issues for which i bought a bosch w203 fuel pump, but i guess i bought a fake one as the performance of my car is crap. i observe that if am in traffic for a while with the AC on i get an error code "CONSUMER VOLTAGE UNDER DEFECTIVE". dis happens at 500rev/min, however if i maintain a 1000rpm the battery sign with that error code goes off? my question is dat could it be the performance of the engine affects the charging system that i turn shows that error code?
