It is a lesson for everybody whether given expected ministry or not,the bible says all things works together for good...the ministry of solid minerals & Agriculture for example are to be well funded to realize the objective of revenue generation diversification..the tasks in the two ministries require ability to think out of the box .Though it may not be a familiar terrain but the leaders should surround themselves with experts and come up with sophisticated ideas to turn the economy around.
