Christianity EtcAre Miracles, Signs And Wonders All That? by chayooh(op): 9:31am On Aug 27, 2013
The healing ministries of Jesus testified to the fact that He was the Messiah. As our compassionate Redeemer, the saviour was concerned with alleviating human suffering. But He was even more concerned with the salvation of everyone He touched with His healing grace. The purpose of Jesus' ministry was to "seek and save" lost mankind.

Miracles were an outgrowth of Jesus' redemptive ministry, but they were not the main reason He came to earth.

False revivals often place their major emphasis on miracles. Genuine revivals focus on ministry. False revivals emphasise spectacular signs and wonders; genuine revivals recognise that the greatest miracle is a changed life.

In other words, spectacular signs and marvellous wonders can never take the place of understanding and then following God's word. Obedience to God is primary; signs and wonders, if and when they come are always secondary.

See: 2 These. 2:9-12, Matt. 24:11-13,24; Rev. 19:20.

FamilyRe: Temperament Issues : A Choleric Woman by chayooh(f): 10:23am On Aug 14, 2013
I am also choleric and my husband's dominant personality is choleric but other times melancholy. Its not exactly the best recipe for a good marriage but we've been trying to work things out tho sometimes im misunderstood as say, putting my work above my home or being stubborn and refusing to say i'm sorry. Anyway, we're working things out and taking things one-day-at-a-time.

RomanceRe: Now I Have Seen The Reason Some Married Men Cheat On Their Wives by chayooh(f): 7:35pm On Apr 08, 2012
I dön't think that a woman's brandin can seriously make a man cheat. I'm married and i believe as young as i am, i should take care of myself but even at that, there are times my hubby says he's tired n stuff. If a man is inclined to cheat, he most likely will. It's usually an ego fn. Sme men v vry young, pretty wives @ home bt still cheat in order to add to their list of CONQUESTS.
RomanceRe: Should Couples Jointly Undergo A Comprehensive Medical Exam Before Marriage? by chayooh(f): 11:53am On Oct 24, 2011
@ poster, I think you majored in some minors. You didn't even talk about blood group, genotype, rhesus factor, blood sugar and all. This should make the first five on the list. Wat if ur partner sails tru d ones u earlier outlined but later, complications arose due to diabetes, or complications during pregnancy? Marriage is very important and I suggest intending couples to go for these tests before marriage and then get adequate counselling. I did.
